Last night we went by close to closing time, and I’ve had a few bad experiences at this location during the day , but last night we walked in and there was a lady mopping the floor. She stopped what she was doing to tend to us . She was so sweet and able to get our order for us as quickly as possible. I wish I would have gotten her name to thank her again cause she definitely made our night. It was the best experience I’ve had at this little Caesars location. Its people like her that we need in this world !!!!

Bought 2 pizzas one deep dish supreme and a hand tossed mushroom with extra cheese. Both were still raw. Had to finish cooking them once we got home. And my mushroom pizza was lacking in the mushrooms. Absolutely unacceptable

When using larger bills make sure to count your change before you leave. The excuse I got was the cashier wasn’t the usual person cashing out and that they were “so busy” that they over charged my son by $5 possibly more depending on what hot and ready we got. No receipt, and they didn’t even ask (so We don’t even know what they gave us) it’s gonna cost me five dollars in gas just to go and get my cash shorted. Smh! So unprofessional of the manager for even making excuses. Why are they even working on the register If they can’t handle simple math? I mean come on the register does the work for you !!! Honestly I feel like they saw a chance and took it. We went in with a $100 which I guess was too much so my 15 yr old asked how much we had to spend to break it. He added another hot and ready wasn’t asked which one only said pepperoni ( didn’t know there were options on pepperoni )and got a 2 lt got back $71 smh! Update: I went to get my money shorted and they STILL shorted me! Also just to prove they weren’t listening, the name on the envelope was not my name. I don’t know how they heard Jessica out of Jennifer.

The website and a misunderstanding presented an issue with our order. We spoke with the manager; she was fantastic! We worked together and I was out the door with everything perfect in just a few minutes. No complaints, only respect for how well this was handled.

Order the traditional pepperoni pizza. It was supposed to come with a hundred pepperoni, I got about half of that. And on top of that, I ordered a two liter drink and it didn’t get delivered with the Pizza.

We love this location! Phenomenal!
I love that they don’t skimp on toppings, and for the 1st time, the pizza we order is what the pics look like.
I don’t feel like I’m being ripped off, and they constantly have coupons (love me some coupons ).
It’s a busy location, so at times, I can tell it gets tense in the establishment with the overwhelming amount of people.
But the staff stays calm and stays putting out food despite confrontational people.
It’s 2024 people need to be patient.
Thank everyone who works at this location. My family appreciates it more than you know❤️ It’s feels nice getting what you pay for and can always count on it being done right.
