I didn’t know pizza toppings could slide this easily off of the crust. I was told , this is how the pizza is. No apology. I also proceeded to show the half burnt crust. Was also told, this is how the pizza is. I was also only given 4 breadsticks. I was told that they are counted every time and should have been 8. No apology.

Terrible service. I came here a few months ago and same situation. One chainsmoker employee was sitting in his beat up red Ford sedan on the passenger side with the door wide open smoking, instead of attending to the customers. I walked in and wasn’t greeted. Waited for 3 minutes without any service whatsoever. Second time in a row. Do yourself a favor and go to the Bulverde location if you want better location. I stopped by at 8:15pm.

The gentleman at the counter was friendly and on point—juggling drive-thru and walk-ins with ease. After I ordered Crazy Bread, he immediately had the kitchen prep more, anticipating the lunch rush. Result: my pizza and Crazy Bread were piping hot and super fresh—clearly minimal hold time. That kind of foresight is 10/10 operational efficiency.
The food was delicious, and the Crazy Bread was so good only one stick made it home.

We have been to this location several times and today has by far been the worst. I ordered a very simple order. 1 Stuffed crust pepperoni 1 cheese pizza and 1 order of cheese bread. The cheese pizza was almost burnt and the stuffed crust pepperoni was undercooked and the worst display of a pizza I have received from a little ceasars. I would suggest to avoid this location and take the extra couple minutes to drive to another location. The employees at this location are slow and lazy on top of the poor service. GO ELSEWHERE.

Incredibly slow! They told me 10-15 minutes when I ordered on the phone so I came on time and I waited in the drive through, in the park and wait, and then inside for a total of 40 additional minutes. Each time I asked they told me another 5 minutes. They eventually gave me two free pizzas and a soda, but it was a very long wait. It wasn’t worth it because the pizza had numerous bubbles and the crazy bread wasn’t cooked or seasoned and looked like they stomped on it in the bag.

I went through the drive-thru and was asked to park anywhere in the parking lot. We waited outside for 20 minutes and saw 3-4 vehicles receive their food before I went inside. I let the man know I had waited 20 minutes and still no pizza. I only ordered one pizza and bread. He gave me a sassy look and rolled his eyes, then went to get my pizza. I then asked for the manager’s name, and he went to find him. I was talking to a manager’s assistant since no manager was there. While I was talking to him, the other man was yelling and screaming at me, trying to come at me, waving his arms and hands. The assistant manager was holding him back and telling him to stop, also telling him to leave the job. I was told to call the corporate office and complain about store 72 and the staff from the assistant manager. I will also be making a statement to the police.

Don’t trust the app. The store is very unfriendly, not customer service oriented. Waited another 10 minutes plus for just 2 pizzas. Waited IN THE STORE. Irate employees backed up drive thru and orders. Not even an I’m sorry. I’ll be going somewhere else next time. All the pizzas are getting mixed up and I just keeeeeeep waiting.

They don’t seem to have the right setting for cheese pizza. The kids end up with barely edible food. The other pizzas are fine. The location on stone oak is far better, but delivery defaults to this one, unfortunately.

This is the worst little Caesars location. If you want better pizza, actual help and service and accountability, drive a little further to the stone oak/huebner location. The 281 location now twice has messed up orders out of the 4 times we’ve ordered from this store, and took NO ACCOUNTABILITY for their mistakes.

Stopped by on a Monday morning for a lunch combo, was waiting in the lobby for about 10 mins before I was helped, my order was taken by a very rude individual big guy very feminine with long hair and a beard, poor customer service from person, seemed more focused on the phone then wanting to work, as a manager at a fast food place I find this person behavior and work ethic very unprofessional and highly recommended removal from current position
