Last couple times I’ve gotten my food from here, the pizza has looked like this. The Jalapeño looks like its been thrown on top instead of baked into the pizza. And its extremely Doey. I Can’t tell if its because its not done or if its because its saturated from the juice of the Jalapeños.

Unfortunately the last several times the pizza has been nearly paper thin 🙁 (no i didn’t accidentally order thin crust) I usually get cheese only so I thought that might be the problem. Tried a pepperoni and still flat. Ive also tried two other locations out of the way and didn’t have that issue with either. Just this one on dezavala. I’m really sad to be leaving this review but bringing the issue to their attention got brushed off, so hopefully this helps.

So today on 2/6/26 my pregnant wife called and ordered some pizza and other stuff, realizing a minute later that she made a mistake and put the wrong location in, She calls the place and ask to cancel the order and a refund. We live south san antonio, my pregnant wife is at home alone with our 2 other kids, So you can imagine how hard it would be for her to get 2 boys ready. Drive 45 minutes to an hour across San Antonio through traffic for Pizza, for an honest mistake. They told her no, she cant get a refund because its already in the oven. She asked to speak to a manager, Tereke Bennett, and she explained to him the situation and explained that she cannot drive 45 minutes to an hour to go get the pizza because she has to work, he still refused to cancel and refund the money. Now I get if this happened often, but it doesnt, you Tereke Bennett said you cant refund but we both know that you can but choosing not to. Now I will be driving from work in Austin an extra hour to get this pizza for my wife and kids all because this guy cant be understanding and hospitable to customers. Like I said if this was a often thing, I get it however its not and coming from a person who has worked in customer service, this is messed up and you know it Tereke Bennett. So I would choose a different pizza establishment or just a different little caesars because it seems to me they are just not providing the customer service that would make me spend my money at this establishment. Thats our experience, I hope the company sees this and provides better training regarding case by case customer service.

I’ve always loved ordering food from here not only because it’s conveniently close but because 9/10 food is always fresh. Today was not it. Picked up a hot and ready and got a warm and hard crust dried pizza. Called in to see about a replacement just to be ignored.

Pizza was not good like I hoped. I got the new Calzone pizza and it was not as expected at all. Alot of bread that was hard wrapped and hardly any cheese. Worst Calzone i’v ever had. And they didn’t give me any marinara fir dipping as shown on the commercial. Horrible!

They always have a really good ratio of sauce cheese and toppings. Usually pretty quick and decent customer service. There’s one closer to me but I always go to this one because of the quality of the food. Highly recommend

Horrible Horrible Horrible!! Where do I start. First of all when I walked in they did not acknowledge me I mean the guy is standing right there he didn’t say a word I didn’t even get a Hi how are you! I ordered two of the classic meals with the bread sticks and liter of Pepsi I waited almost 36 minutes a whole 36 minutes and the hold up was for the order of bread sticks I can’t believe they had me waiting 36 minutes for bread sticks, I honestly don’t know why it took so long I was the only waitin. My pizzas were burnt and weren’t freshly made

I would love to be able to give this location a 5 star rating but I can’t. I need to get this off my chest. A few weeks ago. I had my order delivered by DoorDash and the drink was missing. I was told that it’s the Dasher’s responsibility to get the drink out of the fridge. It should be the person working the front’s responsibility to make sure all items are together. The bread is always undercooked. The pizza usually looks beautiful though.

Horrible. I don’t mind being charged for extra stuff… but I absolutely hate it when I get my food and not only is it cold, but it taste OLD AS HELL. something needs to change here fast or in calling the health inspector.. food should have expirations times on them.. not just sitting under a heat lamp getting stale…
This bread was squished so bad.. then it stayed that way and got hard… so it’s now crunchy and taste stale… so thanks.
I called ahead of time since I knew asking for bread with parm and butter meant you wait an extra 10 min. But this was disgusting.
