Had this location about 3 days ago and kids wanted it again since the pizza on that day was perfect, well today we ordered the same thing and the pizza was horrible my kids decided to eat Lunchables instead, we usually ask for butter parmesian on the crust and its usually brushed on and done really nice, not sure if this was a teach us a lesson since we came in 10 minutes before closing or what but the whole pizza tasted like it had butter added on top and this is how the crust looked, would of been great if they brushed it on instead of just poured the butter on it

I ordered 3 order of pizza bites and waited 15 minutes for them since they didn’t have any ready. They came out half sized, burnt and look disgusting. When I call to complain and get the order replaced I get nothing but attitude and hostility from the employee and manager. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION! I WILL NEVER EAT THERE AGAIN!

I never thought it would happen to me but I’ve finally but into a foreign object in my food. A few slices in I bit into a hard sharp piece of something like plastic or metal. I called the Little Caesars and all the guy told me was contact Uber eats. No attempt to resolve the issue at all. I already don’t eat at the place so I’m sure it’ll be another 5-10 years before I try again.

On February 26 2026 I ordered food at the drive-thru they were really busy the line was in the street. So when I get to order there is nothing on the menu saying that y’all cannot take $50 bills or up I been in like for 45 min to get to the window and they tell me they can’t take my $50 bill I have a career job so im sorry i dont have anything smaller then a 50 but the money is good and I was in line waiting for forever to not even get my food at all because of this to me it is B’s money is money I should have been able to get my food for my kids not sent away after waiting so long in that line. Or have a note outside saying so and I would not have been in that line at all very disappointed

When I placed an order and have to deal with the employees, I have no issues no problem but when management is in the store, I haven’t had issues. I go in today. Both managers ignored me. I got there five minutes before my order was supposed to be done He told me it would not be much longer. 10 minutes later, he’s barely putting it in the oven and he’s ignoring me as I’m trying to get his attention, no other customers in the building. Another manager don’t know his name walked by me. I try to get his attention. He completely ignored me. They were so concerned about giving me food of equal value that they just wanted me to take some bread and leave, it’s not my fault that the manager did not realize that my food was not in the oven not once but twice. I’m the one being inconvenience once again they’re so worried about prices instead of customer service. Get it right the first time Or even the second time and money wouldn’t be a problem

Self explanatory. Placed order at 6pm for 7pm pick up.
Got my order at 745pm with a cold pizza cause they gave my pizza to another customer. Saw the employee take my sticker off my pizza and grab the pizza and added to another order. (Even thou that order he was working on their pizza which is cold now is their on the counter. He just didn’t look cause he was standing talking with employee and than tried to work and rush) all orders that day were waiting on just crazy bread. Wow great communication within the team. No one talks to each other about the work but they will stand and talk behind a pizza rack blocking the kitchen.
Manager/owner/management does not care here. Go to the other little Ceasars down the street
Not worth the headache here.
You will be getting cold pizza while you wait for your order cause they dont have any crazy bread ready.

Start your order 30 mintes before you want it. Easily the worst little Cesars. They have a warming oven for ready pizzas and they don’t use it, and letting pizza sit on the counter to get cold. Picks ups will not be ready for at least 15 minutes past the latest pick up time.

They need better management if they have busy orders food shouldn’t be taken home cold and a level of professionalism is well needed. Cursing and laughing frolicking in the back kitchen is very concerning. Not sure you can even trust them with food
