I order from this location a lot, majority of the time online so I usually just grab my pizza from the code box and go. Well today I decided to run in and make my order and regretted it instantly. The manager I assume, was very friendly with the customer in front of me but soon as it was my turn he dryly serviced me and seemed as if he did not want to serve me at all. Then when he got my pizza and bread sticks instead of handing them to me he dropped my breadsticks on top of the pizza box. I should have left and went to another little Cesar’s but I was i was in a hurry. I will however not buy from this location ever again! I felt it was racially motivated the poor treatment & attitude. Management especially shouldn’t act like this with paying customers! It’s ignorant and disgusting.

I came in at 9:50 pm after a visit to the ER given my wife had an accident at work and thought we’d bring something quick and easy for the kids at home. Ordered two specialty pizzas and the cashier said would be a 20-30 minute wait; which I thought was understandable because it was kinda getting close to closing time at 11pm specially because I have been working in the food industry for 23 years and own a food business as well.
I went and waited in my car for a little bit over 25 minutes because I didn’t wanna seem pushy but when I approached the register and asked how long more it would take for my order, I was told someone else took my order and it would take at least another half hour so he offered to refund me which could’ve been a great idea if I hadn’t spent almost 10 hours in the ER -and everything around was pretty much closed . Now almost an hour later im still here sitting waiting for my pizzas after at least 20 other people got theirs. (added a video of the clock but it seems the clock is an hour behind)
As a food establishment customer service is stressed as a priority but Nobody apologized or even attempted to make the experience a bit less unpleasant.

Definitely not Hot-N-Ready. Waited 18 minutes for Hot-N-Ready items. When I asked how long, the employee looked surprised and said, “we’re just waiting on one item.” On top of the wait, we were overcharged/later fixed, given fewer Crazy Sauces than ordered, and had to show the receipt just to get the rest.

Great customer service. Front guy was welcoming and quickly took my order. Didn’t have to wait long despite ordering 3 pizzas. My daughter needed a bandaid & the guys immediately found one for her.

I came in sunday afternoon at 324pm i ordered three pepperoni pizzas.The guy told me it was gonna come out to twenty five dollars.And I don’t remember the change i gave him $40. He opened up his wallet. Put the money in there and gave me change from his wallet.
I asked him about what about the loose change and he clearly told me that they didn’t have any.He did not open the cash, register or nothing.I did not get his name but he is the only one there with a cross tattoo under his eye

So many complaints, too little time. Super hot inside. Improvements to the air conditioning should be made for employees. No wonder the employees couldn’t care if you get your order in a timely manner or even if they cut the pizza right. 40 minutes for a stuffed crust pepperoni and crazy bread is crazy.
