Came in to order three pepperoni pizzas today and the girl at the drive through was just a ray of sunshine! We had to wait for our order but it didn’t take too long and the cashier had told us at the speaker that we would need to wait for fresh pizzas, and as promised the pizzas were fresh and she even went out of her way to get us crushed peppers and cheese! She even gave us some cookies for my little sister for free!! Amazing customer service. The recipe says the cashiers name was Daltonay. Hopefully that’s the right name! Thank you daltonay for such good customer service

I stopped by the drive-thru around 1pm on October 18th and was helped by a young man who provided excellent service. I ordered online using a T-Mobile coupon, so I wasn’t expecting more than regular service since my order was discounted—but I was truly impressed. He spoke clearly, was efficient, and most of all, friendly. I regret not getting his name, but hopefully the team can find out who it was, as good service often goes unnoticed—and he truly deserves recognition. He even offered cookies to my kids, which absolutely made their day. Please give this man a raise—he’s a great example of how customer service should be done!

Drive thru order 2 detroit pizza. Paid and was asked to pull up and wait. After 20 minutes went inside, and was told they had messed up my order. Whule the staff at the front went to the back to check how long before my order the others in the back were arguing and out loud cussing. I asked to speak to the manager who took his sweet time coming to the front. He finally tells me they had messed up my order, looked at him and TOLD him to talk to his staff on their language because we could hear everything at the front which was very unprofessional. With all that I still waited for my paid pizza. Go in again and was told you are still here. I said yes how much longer. After all that, finally got my pizza and went home, ughh 30 minutes of fristration

I understand times are getting tough, but daaaaang!!! Little Ceasars is now giving pretzel sticks instead of bread sticks. This is the second time we get skinny, skinny bread sticks from the Valley Hi location. Never ordering from them again!! Smdh!!! Here are some pics so you can see for yourself.

The service was fast and handed me my pizza while it was still hot , the bacon, the pepperoni and the sausage were a great combination my wife and I loved, but not as much as my kids loved their extra most bestest pepperoni pizza it’s a classic they’ll always love . The overall taste was on par and when little Caesars standards aren’t met just return it for a fresh pizza made to order. I would ‘most’ definitely recommend little Caesars Pizza, the quality , the taste and the value are all the reason to try it again and again.

I placed an online order for a Deep dish pizza at 7:40pm it was pepperoni and the other half had jalapenos & pineapples it came out to $16.23
It looked good when I opened up the box
But it was so under done that
I had to put it back in the oven for about 15 mins

One of the worse little caesars I jave gone to. I used the drive through, speaker was very low volume(not the workers fault i know), I had to correct them on taking my order around 5 times(thought maybe the headset wasnt great for them) was told I needed to wait 12-15 minutes for my order. They had me pull around to the front. I waited 17 minutes before going in, wondering if I was supposed to be getting it myself. Walked in and waited and watched for 7 minutes, noticing the different boxes just sitting around on the counter. They finally finished dressing the ICB and Crazy Bread, the guy collected my order then picked up one of the boxes that had been sitting around on the counter for last 10 minutes. I got into the food; the crazy bread was pretty good, the Italian Cheese bread was just Cheesebread, hardly and seasonings on it at all, and the pizza looked super old and crusty dried out(like it had been sitting out uncovered for hours) I’m going to throw it away and never eat here again.

This place needs to get their act together. Very inefficient at doing their job. Takes long to get you’re order and have to repeat what you told them cause they can’t remember. Needs better management. I just moved to the area 1 year ago and its the same scenario every evening.

Walked inside to buy two hot and ready pizzas. Stood there for 5 minutes, not even an acknowledgement. Another person walked in and still nothing. The employees are notified when somebody walks in. Won’t be going here anymore.
