Once again this Little Caesars has knocked it out of the ballpark. We needed 85 pizzas at 11:00 for our residential Treatment Center and they had our order on time. This is the second year we have used them and they are always amazing. We will definitely be using them again. The clients were so excited about having their own pizza. Great value and service.

If I could give it zero stars I would. We only ordered from here a week ago because my daughter loves their pizza. Waited 40 mins for 1 pizza and 1 order of crazy bread. The female manager needs to work on her customer service skills. She’s rude and disrespectful. The male manager is a good fit and very polite.

I’m so sick of Little Caesars. They promise hot and ready pizzas from 4-8pm. I walk in and explain that I’m not picky; I’ll take any pizza that is ready. They had zero. So I ordered one pizza on the app and waited the 35 minute wait time while I sat in my truck outside. I went in to retrieve my pizza at the time it said to on the app. Of course my pizza was not ready. I stood in the middle of the lobby just waiting for 1 hour and 47 minutes for one pizza that I’d already paid for on the app. I talked to multiple crew members who couldn’t care less. What a joke. I hate this place. The other location at City Base is just as bad.

Horrible. Ordered online. Received email order was ready. When reached the counter, the lady manager told me it would be 10 more mins. She told me I can wait or I can wait. ?? Horrible service from a rude Manger who spoke down to me in front of everyone. I was patient and female manager was horrible. I stayed calm and asked her why she was talking to me like that. Never go here. At your own perile. This will never be addressed by management.

we pulled into the drive thru and they said it was going to be a 10 minute wait for 2 hot n readys. that’s fine we get to the window and kevin p asked “wait what was your order again” maybe if he took his airpods out of his ear he can remember what we ordered. so then he continues to charge us for 2 of the extra most bestest pizza while we asked for the regular pepperoni pizza. at this point even with all of the issues we just want to get our pizza and go but no we are outside parked in waiting parking slots for an extra 30 minutes after he said it would be a 10 minute wait. it is not busy at all there is 1 other car waiting. when we finally do get our pizza they were the regular pepperoni even though we paid for the extra most bestest pizza. DO NOT GO HERE we got up charged and sold short. they definitely need better training for their workers!

They’ll let you order the pretzel crust and give you a regular pepperoni pizza. I brought my pizza back and they made another, told me it was pretzel crust but again a regular pepperoni. They then tried to convince me that the ads make it look that way but I’m pretty sure we can all tell the difference between regular crust and pretzel.
