I ordered an EMB pepperoni and a Stuffed Crust EMB pepperoni. My Stuffed crust pizza dough was still raw. I called and spoke with Joseph the manager. I was told to bring the pizza back and it would be replaced. It is upsetting you sit and wait so long for it to be made but no one checked to see if it was cooked. There was no one else in line. Waste of gas, money and time. Would have been better if I bought a frozen stuffed crust from HEB. This was not faster . It was a disappointment to my family. Update pizza replaced after another mix up. Waited along time as the wrong pizza was remade. But thanks to Joseph for doing what he could to fix things.

Can u hire actually decent people? And not some teens goofing around they arent even wearing uniforms. AGE doesn’t matter but please choose wisely who u hire its super slow. Dont expect 2 people to run a entire pizza shop. Please hire more

Service was excellent. I did have to laugh at new rounding up to nearest nickel penny policy as even tho the mint stopped making them there are 200-300 billion Pennie’s in circulation. They will be around a while people. Never let an opportunity to make more money go by I guess. Hopefully they keep making Nickels.

I would warn anybody who eats here to make sure you are checking the bread….got pizza and breadsticks from them this past weekend and there was mold in every single slice of pizza and breadstick. When I took it back they tried to blame it on the machinery but if so it was the machine like they claimed how was it inside the bread. Mold in and around every slice of pizza and breadstick. Be careful folks. So gross. They didn’t or don’t even deserve 1 star at that.

Pizza was supposed to be ready at 11:00 didn’t leave until 11:40 although my app said it was ready come pick it up. Kids in the back playing loud music dancing and having fun while the atmosphere seems like a great place for employees it’s dreadful to waiting customers. On top of that, you make a person wait an additional 40 minutes not even an apology or an attempt to give me marinara or ranch to supplement the time wasted on the visit which is fine I don’t expect anything free but I will leave my review until I can see some major improvements I do not appreciate time wasted. But I will say the food did come out nice and hot which is what was expected.

Im starting to tell people if you order from this location dont go to pick it up on time it wont be ready might as well wait an addition 20 minutes before leaving your house.
Ordered a crazy crust pizza tonight havent been to this location in forever since the last time and im looking at this “crazy crust pizza” and it literally look and taste like the normal pizza I dont get whats crazy about it maybe they gave me the wrong thing?

Found small gray mold nodules actually baked into the crust. Now that I know what that off taste specifically was from I can unfortunately say it wasn’t the first time, either. Don’t care about refunds, certainly don’t want a replacement. Not going back.

I feel like they could go further with the sauce and cheese on their pizzas. We always seem to have very wide crusts at this location. But it’s always fresh, fast, and they have a great system at this location!

I always suggest ordering on the app 15-20min before and select in-store pickup. The app will tell you it’ll be ready in 20-30 min but usually it is before. On the weekends the drive thru can take a minute but it’s expected for affordable pizza.

They DID NOT deliver the soda we paid for. And they WOULD NOT deliver it after I called to let them know that they forgot it. Twice this has happened. There is a complete lack of customer service and they stole my money by refusing to deliver the item that I paid for. Do not trust these people.
