I work near this location so I’ll do the drive through for lunch sometimes. It’s a gamble if they even answer the drive through or window during open hours. If they do, the service is moderate at best. The pizza is okay and it’s hit or miss whether it’s fresh. I know it’s just Little Ceasar’s so it’s not gourmet, but I have had Little Caesars from several locations in town and this one is on the bottom of my list. I’ve driven by and can’t tell if anybody is in the store or working during business hours so I just keep driving and go to another lunch option. It’s a gamble at this location for ANY kind of service and the quality of the food is maybe moderate. I hope they step it up and at least answer the drive through because I’m not the only car I’ve seen just drive away.

Heavy set Hispanic woman maybe around late ’20s is rude as hell. Complaining because the speaker was broke I had to go inside and make an order and she was still complaining the whole time. Talking about customers and complaining in front of us while walking back and forth talking with her co-workers. Saying she was tired of working there. Very rude and unprofessional. Came here to get a classic pepperoni pizza.
And was being charged without my knowledge for a EMB which isn’t want I wanted or ordered at the drive thru speaker. Only noticed once my card was only set for the classic not the EMB declined.
When asking what pizza i was handed the manager on shift said EMB
I had to wait for my order I wanted for 25mins.
And wasn’t given a receipt. This location dropped the ball. And after four or five cars, later.. was handed my order.

This location has the worst customer service. I ordered online at 4:42pm. It was supposed to be ready at 5:04pm, arrived at 5:10 and was told it would be a few minutes. At 5:25 my daughter asked how much longer and the cashiers response was “I hate when people ask that. I don’t know.” I understand this part of town is not the nicest but if I’m paying my hard earned money for quick (not so quick) take out then at least be pleasant. Where are the managers cause this location definitely needs supervision. I suggest going to a different location if you want quick and friendly service. They couldn’t even cut it correctly ♀️

I work at pizza hut so I understand being busy definitely on Saturday this part of town, I waited 25 mins to even come and pick my order up. Ordered it thru drive thru but was told I needed to come in that’s fine. When I get in I told them my order and could see my order in the heat box. Was told it isn’t ready and waited another 15 mins while seeing the lobby get filled up with people getting aggressive. The front desk was doing his best but the manager didn’t even come help when seeing he clearly was getting lost in orders. Ended up being told there was no crazy bread ready with attitude and I’d have to wait 15 minutes. Got home and the way my pizza was cut and stuck the the box almost like it was dropped and not checked.Ridiculous you need more staff or better management don’t come here if you want simple and easy last day of my vacation and can’t even enjoy my meal.

I ordered online and got here and my order is in the pick up but my name isn’t on the board so my code doesn’t work. I’ve been waiting to talk to someone for the past 30 minutes and the lady just walks past me and tends to other customers. I come here all the time and I am very dissatisfied
