There is a young man cashier not sure if he only works the drive thru, but that’s where I usually do business with. He needs customer service training. He never gives or ask you if you want a paper receipt and fails to tell you about any extra charges. The first interaction I had with him. I usually order the $7.99 pizza which always comes out to $8.11 after taxes. He mentions that he’s just waiting for the butter they put on the crust. I thought maybe it was a new thing they put on now. He fails to ask me if I wanted and that there was an extra charge for that. He hands my pizza and says it’s $9.xx something. I asked him “ did the prices go up because I usually pay $8.11 for it” and he says no. I was kind of in a hurry, so I paid and left without a paper receipt. The second encounter I had with him I order the same $7.99 pizza. He did ask me this time if I wanted the butter on the crust, but I declined this time. The total comes out to $8.11. Now I’m think the butter is an extra charge that he’s not letting his customers know. This last encounter, I asked for a beef pizza. I paid for it. He tells me that there was an 8 minute wait, to park around and he’ll bring out to me. Once again, he fails to mention a wait time on the pizza. I had already paid so I had no choice, but to wait now. With the other cashiers they are really good at letting me know if I want a certain pizza that there is a wait time because they don’t have any available at the moment. That gives me a choice to either wait or pick a different kind. I tell my oldest to go inside to wait for it, because I had to go pick something up down the street. My son tells me the same cashier told him it was $10 and I had not paid. My son says “yes, she did I saw her.” The guy proceeds to deny that I didn’t and he was going to check. He tell my son “oh yea she did”. I asked my son maybe he was joking, but my son said he wasn’t smiling and he looked serious. Not sure if the guy was trying to be funny or he want to charge my son again. I have never any issues at this location, but lately that cashier has made me want to go to other pizza places. I like going there because how quick I can get pizza to feed my family.

Pizza is good….service is let’s just say okay. Like today, I ordered a cheese stuffed crust pizza, then changed my mind and told him I’d take the pepperoni one instead, and the guy at the window charged me for both. I was wondering why it was so much. Well, that would be why…and when I told him I didn’t want both, just the one, he looked at me like I killed his cat…I mean aside from that there is also a language barrier at that place. Kinda hard to understand them.

Didn’t get what I asked for and pizza was $2.50 more than advertised. Pizza was like warm and looked old.
