We ordered the pretzel crust pizza tonight, as we loved it when it first came out last season. This time, the crust was nothing close to resembling pretzel dough (other than the corse salt sprinkled on) and was in fact undercooked, at that. I called to discuss this with the manager and explained how this was the 2nd time we have received this disappointing “pretzel” crust (we don’t usually complain so gave it a second try after receiving the same gross crust several weeks ago) and hoped they would make things right after sending us this terrible product.
