We usually go here quite a bit since my kids love pizza. Like twice a week! But one day on I came inside August 23rd around 8pm , I don’t know his name but he was a skinny Mexican guy asked how can he help me and when I went to make my order another customer who already had his pizza decided to start asking for dipping sauce I guess and the employee that was helping me put his finger up at me and told me hush so he could answer the other customer . Not only was that very rude but like I said WE GIVE THEM BUSINESS EVERY WEEK!! Needless to say we won’t come back and spend another dime there. Treat everyone equally with RESPECT.

No more 5 dollar pizza. Most of the time there are wait times for hot and ready. The wings are not worth 8 bucks. Good luck if you can call your order in. It will just ring. Sometime they may answer it and hang up in your face. What a great group of workers! So glad pizza hut will be back at the end of april.

I visited Little Caesars a few times while visiting Brenham. I look at Little Caesars as somewhere in between frozen pizza and a good sit-down pizza. Fairly priced and good in my books for the money. I like it better than Domino’s or Pizza Hut. Fast service is great when you need a pizza fast. And consistent from location to location. Next time I’m in Brenham and need pizza I’ll hit this place.

I’m doing a review for my brother Zach. The past Wednesday night, he was trying to order a Pizza online on the app 2 hours before closing and they didn’t have time they told him, but that’s a poor excuse. We used to get Little Caesars time to time, but not anymore. We will not to business with them anytime soon if they don’t get the staff’s attitude right. No poor excuses. 9/2 I got some today and it was fresh and the slices were cut very poorly and so was my brother’s. He and I are taking our business somewhere else. I’m not ordering Pizza from Little Caesars ever again if they don’t make things right. Poor customer service. No good service, never come back!!

Hit or miss…staff is also a hit or miss…customer service is definitely a hit or miss…need better leadership working because those kids they have working there now…get somebody else to do it…They hate answering the phone at this location…The phone is either ringing on days end or someone will answer and quickly hang up in your face…Then…the busy signal…

Ordered on the app. Pizza was not ready and when we did get it it was cold and nasty. Ordered desert and didn’t get it. Paid for it but didn’t get it. Absolutely NEVER again will I ever get pizza from this place.
