I order Little Caesars regularly and today I was completely disappointed. My two other pizzas were perfect but my pepperoni pretzel one was burnt. I took it back to get a new one and with met with an employee who proceed to tell me it was wrong or not burnt. Which clearly it was. Got another and same way and he refused to make me one correctly saying it’s “bubbling and can’t be fixed”. I’ve never received the pretzel one like this and was disappointed in the customer service I received.

Wish I could give zero stars …What’s the point of ordering ahead of time . I get there 30 minutes after my order was placed and was told it will be ready 10-15 minutes smh . Now I’m waiting another 20 minutes because she said it next in line . So my order wasn’t placed in the time I ordered . On top of that she mumbled something while I walked away . I wasn’t disrespectful in anyway and I get no sorry for the mix up or some understanding for having to wait almost an hour for my TWO pizzas . Next time I will just go to Pizza Hut or domino’s.

Every time I order crazy breads, this is the worst. I’ve order crazy bread for the 3rd time an they have the worst crazy bread ever. I shouldve just order pizza hit bread sticks instead. Pizza is good from time to time, but hearing the doordash ppl, they say alot an they didnt like the service. Little caesar needs to do better. The bread sticks are in pieces an it’s not fully cooked an soggy an mushy..like dough. Do better.. I’ve order bread sticks, not doughy, greasy smashed up pieces of bread. Also little Caesars also forgets little side orders like ranch , soda an the sauce for the bread sticks. Do better little caesar!! What the hell kind of bread sticks is this.

I went yesterday 9pm Google says its close at 11pm so i ask for wings and this white kind of chubby girl tells me we aren’t making right now I said okay! Worst pizza I’ve bought from little caesars. Bad customer service as well on this store, was not even greeted, I went inside to pickup from the pizza portal thing, and I had to take my dips myself from behind the counter. To top it off!! Half way down the pizza the damn thing was raw from the bottom of the dough.
