I am writing to share my recent experience at your Little Caesars location. I placed an order through the app at **7:07 PM**, with an estimated pickup time between **7:31 PM and 7:37 PM**. I waited in my vehicle until approximately **7:35 PM**, then went inside to check on my order. At that time, my pizza was still not ready.
After speaking with the manager, I was told it would be another five minutes. Unfortunately, I waited over 20 additional minutes before receiving my order. I finally left the store with my pizza at approximately **7:53 PM**, nearly ann hour after placing my order.
During this time, I also requested a small amount of Parmesan cheese to be added to my pizza. The manager applied a very light amount, and when I politely asked for a bit more, he attempted to charge me extra. I explained that I had already been waiting for nearly an hour, and I felt that this request was reasonable under the circumstances. The manager’s response and demeanor came across as dismissive and unprofessional.
Additionally, I observed the manager discussing my situation with another customer in Spanish, which I found inappropriate and unprofessional.
I have always enjoyed Little Caesars and have never experienced such poor service before. I hope this feedback helps improve customer service and professionalism at this location.

Little Caesars pizza honestly exceeded my expectations. From the moment I opened the box, the pizza smelled fresh, hot, and inviting. The crust was perfectly baked not too thick, not too thin with a nice balance of softness on the inside and a slight crisp on the outside. The sauce had a rich, savory flavor with just the right amount of seasoning, and it didn’t overpower the rest of the pizza. The cheese was melted evenly and generously, giving each bite a satisfying stretch and creamy texture.
What really stood out was how fresh the pizza tasted, especially considering how quick and affordable it is. The pepperoni was well-distributed and slightly crispy around the edges, adding great flavor without being greasy. Every slice was consistent, which made the entire pizza enjoyable from start to finish.
Little Caesars is also incredibly convenient. The Hot-N-Ready option makes it easy to grab a meal without waiting, and the quality still holds up. I tried to give it zero but it wouldn’t let me! Ended up going to the dominos 8 minutes away! Thankfully I was able to get a refund. We waited over an hour in the lobby and 20 minutes after the order said it was ready. Guy at the cash register said he couldn’t even find my order! We might not come back to this location.

It’s great for fast and ready pizza! One of the best experiences I have had at a Little Ceasars so far. It was definitely fresh and hot. The sticks and slices are always my go to. They could do a better job of cutting it but stil taste great & hey it’s like 7 bucks what sya expect! I got bacon on the sticks this time, so it was $8!!!
Staff was friendly & remembered to ask me if i wanted the crazy sauce this time! Way to go!

There is a new lady working the register doing a AWESOME job even with the boss lady screaming at her and humiliating her in front of the whole store with over 15 people standing!

The facility on shadowcreek….they need more training. They need to acknowledge customers when they come through the door, not just look at them. The girl watched me come in, turned back around at the sink, continued to dry her hands then walked to the back. I had to stand there for a while until a guy came from the back who had been cooking. Then asked what did I need? I wanted 3 hot and readys. He got them but just rang it up and didn’t say tell me the price or anything. When I tapped my card, he just walked away, he didn’t ask me for a receipt nor did he just give it to me. I didn’t even know we were finished. He left me standing there like an idiot! Thry definitely need more training on customer services ASAP! Anyone could just walk in and take what they want because no one is at the front!

Placed an online order for advance pickup and it was ready on time. Prices are way cheaper than dominos, pizza hut, and papa johns but I think it lacks some flavor. It’s still good pizza though with a lot of cheese. They also have a feature where you place an order and come pick it up from the machine (posted in pictures) I didn’t use it this trip but sounds very convenient so might try it in the future.
Edit: Dropping my review. Placed multiple orders and they’re always late now. Today’s order I waited 45 minutes and when I got my order, it had the wrong toppings. Got a refund and will not be back again.

They made me wait for almost 40 damn minutes for just one large pizza. ONE PIZZA while they were giving more than 4 pizzas to people that order after me, they didn’t even order in the app. After I wait the damn 40 (Ik is shouldn’t but I really wanted the pizza and I already pay of it) minutes they gave me the stupid pizza almost cold. This is the only little Caesars that have treat me like that, really bad experience with mean staff. I really recommend you not to going to this place, find another location, I have been in others and they’re really cool and fast. Thanks for reading.

Worst place to order your pizza from. They’re slow and the manager doesn’t know about customer service at all. Will never order from this location ever again. Placed the order at 7pm and was still waiting for it until 8:15pm. Could’ve cancelled my order but it took forever to just get them to take my order to beginning with.

Do not order here if you are in a rush. I ordered online using the ASAP pickup feature and it still took an hour for me to receive my single thin crust pizza. Mgmt complained about how they were being scheduled double shifts multiple days in a row. In the past I have enjoyed the $5 pizza deal but now paying $8 for a small thin crust pizza that takes an hour to pickup is not worth it.
