I came in and asked specifically if there were any “hot and ready Philly cheese steak crazy puffs” the guy at the counter looks at the box and says yes that there were 2 available. I purchase the 2 and when he goes to grab them another employee shouts that those are for another order. I ask how long it’s going to take and I get told “10 minutes”. After over 20 minutes waiting i finally get served “see picture”. I left there and headed home to discover that the food looked terrible. This is not the first time I got terrible looking food from here , the last time I let it slide. Im not looking for any compensation, I couldn’t care less, im looking at retraining or restructuring at this location because I’ve gotten the same item at other locations and it looks like the actual poster, not some misshapen excuse for it. Also, in the entire time I waited those that were in the box never moved.

I ordered two Extra Most Bestest Stuffed Crust Pizzas. This time, the quality was a joke. I don’t know if they changed the cheese they use or the person making them has no clue. There was only a couple of clotted, soft, cottage cheese looking, anemic lumps of cheese. It was wet and soggy. Zoom in on the pictures. The texture was way off. The crust uneatable. Just plane nasty. They’ve done better.

It is beyond frustrating that most of your location—hardly ever have what you promote the most: **Hot-N-Ready** pizza. The customer service here is undeniably the worst I’ve experienced. The staff moves at a snail’s pace with zero sense of urgency in service, food prep, or basic professionalism. It’s clear these employees are just there to clock in; they have no concept of what ‘service’ means. The lack of speed makes the name ‘Hot-N-Ready’ a total joke.

The first time we got the Philly cheese steak pizza was great. But not so much on 12 22 25. It had about 3 pieces of meat almost on veggies or mushrooms it was no where near what I paid for. I dont believe I will do that again at this location.

I used to order a lot from this store but this time and a month ago I ordered a stuffed crust pepperoni pizza and it was raw, the pizza was chewy and discolored also this time we order some bread sticks and they were disgusting! Some were burned and some were even raw they were not the same size and the sauce container was filled halfway. Horrible quality control!

What happened!?! This location either needs to be shut down or hire more people. I placed an online order this past Sunday an hour in advance and I walked in to pick up and the lady told me “I haven’t even started it”. This is the THIRD time of me coming in on separate occasions and the order has not been ready by the time the website says. Close this down and figure it out, hire a new manager and fully staff it instead of pissing off your customers!

So me and my family went to go get a pizza the food is good and all but what got me mad is one of the coworkers didnt wash there hands didnt use gloves and was texting on there phone most of the time and the service was slow at that for all I know is that they could’ve been digging in the butt and started touching the food what I also seen was one of them picking there nose and touched the food I will never go to that place again it is a disgusting place and I never want to eat from there ever
