Waited for 15 minutes in the drive-thru. No acknowledgment by employees. Completely ignored. I drive a large Ford transit van so I’m hard to miss. Very disappointing. Usually my go-to in a pinch. Not getting our business anymore.

Fun for 9 yr old & seniors. Server dressed as Bill Nye took our family photo. Tinker bell made us all laugh with family friendly prank of dry-ice in soda drinks. Delicious shrimp, chicken elfredo and prime rib.

This evening, I decided to stop in and pick up a few pizzas. I attempted to order the hot and ready pizzas, there were none. Shejira said it would be about 15 minutes, which was fine, so we pulled around to the front. Once our pizza was ready we asked for the 800 number for customer service. She walks away and comes back with a different number on a piece of paper and says “this is the only number I have for complaints. I don’t know the 800 number. You might want to google it” and walked away. Never were we rude or anything during our visit, she also didn’t know if I wanted to leave a compliment or a complaint. Once I got home and tried calling the number, it wasn’t even a working number. Not to mention my pizzas were literally 2 pieces. They were cut once, in half.

Worst experience I have ever received. Pizza was absolutely disgusting and Vivian (the cashier) took my money and kept part of it and when I realized they had the manager lie and say in order to count cash in the drawer it took 24 hours for their system to update which is bullshit.
Don’t go here unless you want them to rob you
