Little Caesars might not make the best pizzas. But they are still good. Their ‘hot and ready’ pizzas make them my go to for a quick meal. Especially if I am feeding the kids. And if you want your own toppings they are as fast as anyone else. (And I know my way there. 🙂 )

Little Ceasars sais it’s not there problem once it’s picked up by door dash. Way to have customer service guys. Now I have to wait a week for a refund and have to get pizza from somewhere else. Ordered 4 pizzas. Didn’t get the 4th because they’re apparently having issues making a 3 meat pizza. 6 people doing nothing in the back while the manager is handling business up front for us so I commend him on that. Had a line around the building and a line inside. Mean while folks working in the back are just walking around. Sweeping “looking busy” as some folks would put it. Yall got customers. Yall got work to do. No need to sweep or walk in and out the freezer with empty hands.

This evening, I decided to stop in and pick up a few pizzas. I attempted to order the hot and ready pizzas, there were none. Shejira said it would be about 15 minutes, which was fine, so we pulled around to the front. Once our pizza was ready we asked for the 800 number for customer service. She walks away and comes back with a different number on a piece of paper and says “this is the only number I have for complaints. I don’t know the 800 number. You might want to google it” and walked away. Never were we rude or anything during our visit, she also didn’t know if I wanted to leave a compliment or a complaint. Once I got home and tried calling the number, it wasn’t even a working number. Not to mention my pizzas were literally 2 pieces. They were cut once, in half.

Don’t get half toppings on one side and half on the other side as they will just cover it with all of it. No attention to detail. Call to get it fixed they just put the money back for that pizza and who ever that was for just isn’t eating tonight.

This location has been going downhill slowly. The place is filthy. We visit here frequently and the front door has so much filth on it. It hasn’t been washed in months. The pizza prices has gone up and the quality is lower. Last 3 times I’ve visited the pizzas has not been loaded in the portal like the app notified me. The employees seem like they’re not at work but some party. Instead of cleaning the place they rather cut up and ignore the customers.
