So, I cant blame them for the first door dash driver stealing my food but when a second showed up they did nothing until I had to come there myself and tell them I had no food…I waited over an hour before I went there and still had to wait longer. Once I finally got the food (in a rush now) they didn’t have the sodas I ordered but said yes we do when I asked, two of my pizzas have the toppings sliding off onto the box, my pretzel crust pizza has no cheese sauce just regular mozzarella and pepperoni, the cheese bread tastes old and although all of the crusts on all 3 of my pizzas (pretzel included) are barely brown, the cheese pizza is almost burnt. Next time I will find another location.

We have purchased food from this Little Caesars periodically, but our experience, especially over the past several months, has significantly declined. The food quality, preparation, and presentation are no longer consistent with Little Caesars standards.
Online ordering has been a recurring issue. Almost every attempt results in a message that this location is not accepting online orders, causing us to miss advertised promotions.
Two nights ago was the final straw. The lobby was locked earlier than posted hours, forcing drive-thru only service. When I asked about the ongoing online-ordering issue, staff said they didn’t know anything about it. I was initially told online promotions would be honored, then immediately told they would not.
Customer service appears to be a low priority, and the lack of consistency and accountability is disappointing. This location does not reflect the Little Caesars brand, and I hope corporate will take notice. We will not be returning.

Pizzas were late and overcooked. I was given what looked like an half open dropped container of old marinara sauce with my breadsticks. No apologies or acknowledgement of any sort when I pointed this out. Location is clearly understaffed. Driveway out front is filthy and stinks of sewage. Filthy location. Not going back.

Food is good , you just have to wait for forever. They actually bring your food out to you , which is a good thing. Sometimes they mix your order up with another customer. Parking is horrible, like really bad. It’s a lot of traffic going in this little lot, due to it being two other restaurants there

Can’t say 100%, but my boyfriend and I got 2 pizzas here, and I think mine made me sick. He got sausage, I got pepperoni. He also felt sick after eating but not as bad as me, and this was the only thing I could think of that did it. 3 days of vomiting later, finally feeling ok again

I went to the drive-through and the pizza was nasty like you’ve been there for a while and they serve me that pizza. It was nasty. Didn’t even cut my pizza right bed service.

Came through the drive thru to order one cheese pizza. Get to the window we are told to pull around and they would bring it out and it would be about 7 minutes. Fast forward 15 minutes, and at least 7 other people went in and were given their orders. The gentleman with the tattoos was EXTREMELY disrespectful when asked how much longer we would have to wait. Ended up canceling the order and getting a refund.

Disgusting, filthy and poor service. This location needs some serious training on customer service, productivity, and cleanliness.
The place inside does not get adequate cleaning. Fingerprints and stains are all over the place. The windows look like they let 5 two year olds paint on them with bodily fluid.
The workers are young adults and they very well mannered but lack management. Please get it together, because my kids like eating here.
