Best to go 2 extra miles towards I10 location and avoid this place at all cost! Walked in with my daughter and hear staff cursing, food was old and never had a little Caesars pizza look and taste NOT like little Caesars. I should have just stayed home and threw a slice of cheese on a cardboard box to eat…at least it would have tasted better and fresher.

They made a pizza badly, so I came back to the store and asked for a redo. When they “remade” it, I got the exact same pizza back, but now just overcooked. When I confronted them about this, they admitted it, also refusing to give me the corp number (said they didn’t know where to find it but they’re required to know) and refused to give the Manager’s number (they’re also required to do that, protocol). Called health dept. And non-emergency police, because that’s called food tampering and is also a huge health code violation, and illegal.

At this location, they really do skimp on the cheese. The service was fast. The atmosphere is just an in and out establishment. The most important thing with Little Ceasars is the way they make pizza. They more than likely will miss the mark. If you want pizza that is mostly sauce, this is the pizza for you. Bon Appétit! Terrible! The photo you see I what was given. Trust me, that is sauce, not cheese.

Little Caesars has to be some of the lowest tier pizza out there. The crust is always soggy in the middle, and half the time the pizza isn’t even cut all the way through. It feels rushed and sloppy every time. That said, if you’re drunk and just need something cheap and greasy, it hits the spot. Otherwise, I wouldn’t recommend it.

Katy, TX 77449. I am writing to express my disappointment with a recent experience at your establishment last nights after the fireworks show was over was a bit hungry. When I step inside both employees were behind the counter hiding on their phones I had to say excuse me to receive service. I purchased three pepperoni pizzas, However, all three pizzas crust were hard as a rock and not enjoyable. Additionally, I attempted to address this issue by calling the store and requesting to speak with a manager. Unfortunately, after being placed on hold, I never received a response or follow-up, which further added to bad customer experience.
I hope someone will look into this matter and take the necessary steps to improve your service and product quality.

They service is good inside but on the phone the never pick up the phone you wait someone to answer you can get anyone until the you hangup.example Like Sunday I called them when I was driving from church in southwest at Houston to my house at Katy I drive 1hour until I get on their location is on FRY Road nobody pick up my call can you imagine 1hour. What kind of service is that? I can understand maybe the day they was busy because is on weekend but the was not busy was just one customer inside and is no first time the never answer customer call .
