Okay okay, I know you get what you pay for. But this is my normal Little Ceasars that I frequent, and I tend to know what to expect from here. Today was an anomaly in just how bad everything was this time. Don’t get me wrong, it’s never great, but I usually get decent customer service and a warm/ hot basic pizza. That’s the bar.
Why is the pizza this time basically sauce-less and the cheese haphazardly tossed in the pizzas direction. The crust is thicker than a math book and thinner than old threadbare socks in places. Half of each slice is just naked crust. Make it make sense. This was a kid’s birthday party and lucky 4-6 year olds don’t have taste buds. But we ordered 6 of these and maybe only received 4 pizzas worth of pizza. Cherry on top? Cashier set it down so roughly to us, we had to catch the top pizza before it hit the floor. And the *attitude* on her when we made a comment about that. I get better from my teenager.

Ordered a “Detroit slices-N-stix” and was given an undercooked doughy mess that wasn’t cut properly, wasn’t seasoned, didn’t have sauce, and it made me feel sick. Then the sauce side they gave me was half-full and wasn’t mixed properly. It wasn’t mixed with any water and the entire thing was a health code violation. Then it took 25 minutes with no orders in an empty store for them to make my one pizza. A district manager needs to come fix this.

Absolutely awful experience at this Little Caesars. I placed an order ahead of time so it would be ready for pickup, but when I arrived, I was denied entry and told I had to use the drive-thru — even though I was just walking up. I ended up waiting outside in a thunderstorm while the staff ignored me.
To make things worse, the lady working gave me the wrong item! I ordered the cheesesteak crazy puffs but got an order of cheesy bread instead. I’m also 90% sure that she gave me a supreme pizza with the toppings picked off (except pepperoni) because the pepperoni pizza had an odd/distinct taste that only supreme pizza has. The employee working seemed completely uninterested and lazy, just standing around on her phone. No apology, no sense of urgency, nothing. By the time I finally got what I ordered, it was barely warm.

I’d rather eat garbage before I ever eat this again. The workers are rude, I sat at the drive through window for 35 minutes and WAS NEVER attended to so I decided to go inside and get my food that was sitting on the counter for God knows how long. I told the lady I was at the window for 30 minutes and she said oh okay

Everytime I place an online order and it says its ready its never ready
They always have me waiting 20-30mins more because they are missing something. Like today! I placed an order and I arrived 5 minutes after it said it was ready and there was no one in the register. When someone from the back finally saw me they asked me what I want and when I told them I had an online order they left to the back and didnt pop back out until 10mins later to tell me they were working on my crazy bread. After waiting for 20 more mins they give me my crazy bread. When I get to the car I realize there was no garlic on my crazy bread. Just flour coated bread. Just give me everything raw and ill cook it at home at this point.

HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!! I went on March 8 and spent 10 Minutes waiting to be attended at the window, the girls walked past me MULTIPLE TIMES! When I ordered they said it would take 15 minutes, I went back after the 15 minutes inside and it took another 10 minutes to be attended. They said it wasn’t ready, not 1 single pizza in the warmer. The 2 girls working were working VERY SLOW, there were 6 cars at the window and a full lobby. I ended up asking for a refund. 0/10 experience. Also the girl had an attitude and very unapologetic about the situation and blamed the other girl for pizzas not being ready. And when they gave me my refund they were $1 short!

I got home and opened my cheese bread and this what I saw. They literally gave me food that they were eating in the back. I went back up there and to get remade and get an explanation on how does this happen. (I never got one) But as I’m waiting to get my food remade the manager had one of her friends just hanging out at the store for some reason. She proceeds to come up to me and start an argument over it. The manager never did anything to stop it but after she then leaves the store to comfort her friend. The level of professionalism is zero. Do not eat here, pay the extra money for something better or drive to another one. This location is a train wreak.

Listen!! I know I know… you get what you pay for- but how can they tax 3 different times?! also I ordered through drive thru, they said “10 mins” ok no problem I expected to wait for a “hot n ready” so I walk in 20 MINS LATER having to still wait an additional 6 mins. Again- cool no problem. BUT THEN!!! it was dirty! No gloves! On the phone! Phone in one hand, making pizza in the other!! Boo

The drive thru line was backed up for over 20 min. Inside had a huge wait. You’d think with all the rush, they’d be throwing the pizzas in the oven to get ahead of the long line. Its a Friday night so understandably there would be quiet a few people. When I finally got to the window they told me that, they only have one pepperoni pizza and the wait for another one would be 20 min. At this point I had a crying baby in the back seat, and I was just ready to go home so I said ill just take the one pizza cause I dont wanna wait anymore than I already had.
This pizza was cold, brick hard, and WAY over cooked. They breadsticks were cold, soggy and limp.
You cant expect a 5 star meal from Little Caesars but holy moly this was THE WORST experience I have ever had at any pizza place. I shouldve looked at the reviews but it was just on the way home.
Just dont even go here. Its a huge disappointment.

Only because I wasn’t able to put zero stars. Had to wait at the window for 20 minutes to place an order at the window then had to wait 25 more minutes to get a simple pepperoni pizza with lite sauce, cheese pizza with lite sauce, and Italian cheese bread with pepperoni on it. The pizzas weren’t cut all the way through or even cut appropriately. I understand you can make mistakes cutting a pizza but how it was cut was just horrible. The Italian cheese bread was burnt and hard to eat. We try to give this place many chances and it just has gotten worse
