Absolutely amazing pizza from the night staff on Sunday March 8th. They were getting absolutely slammed and trying there very best, it looked so stressful. Seemed like there was a very large order that snowballed into everyone else’s orders and it just continued to spiral. More orders kept coming in and they were still trying to catch up. Making very sure to be attentive and keeping everyone updated and staying very calm with impatient customers. Huge respect for these guys and I hope that this will give them a little bit of credit. Wait time was a little long, but it was not there fault, the oven is a huge bottleneck and they were just getting stopped up.

If I could give them a zero I would. The last two times I’ve ordered from here they either- have not had my order after waiting more than an hour and then, today, delivered 2 of 4 pizzas and sauce but not bread sticks. We started ordering delivery b/c of the wait in the store. Now, I’ve been on hold with the store for 25 minutes (missing my son’s birthday). So it cost me $50 for 2 pizzas. Not even enough to feed everyone! Not only that, it cost me the price of a pizza to have it delivered! I’m done with Little Caesars. It sub-par, over-cooked, and not sliced all the way through when we have had it ( pick up or delivery).

Ordered two pizzas and two crazy puffs. Our food wasn’t ready by the pick up time and had to wait another 20-30 mins. When we got there at 8pm, which was our pickup time, they told us they were putting the pizzas in the oven. Pizzas tasted fine, but the crazy puffs were sloppily put in the box. I get it got stuck to the pan that it baked in, but come on it looks ridiculous. Do better.

On Saturday, January 20th at around 8:00 PM, I went to the Little Caesars located at 10463 Highway 242, Conroe, TX 77385. I am extremely disappointed with the service I received. I went to buy a pizza and had to wait for more than an hour. First, I was told there was no pineapple available. Then, about 30 minutes later, a rude employee came out and told me to just keep waiting, not only me but also other customers who were also uncomfortable with the situation. After an hour of waiting, she told me she was going to give me my money back. I told her I didn’t want a refund, I wanted my pizza, but she didn’t care and gave me the money back anyway, wasting one hour of my time at Little Caesars.
When I asked for her name, she refused to give it to me, so I took a photo of her. I am very disappointed with this place; it lacks organization, the employees do whatever they want, and the customer service is terrible. I do not recommend this location.

Well, to start I order my food at 8:45 pm and an hour later still not ready, then they proceed to tell me that the pizza hasn’t been made yet. That they will be making it at that moment. After an hour!
Made me waist time a lot! I should have order somewhere else. Like Dominos or Papa John’s where no matter how busy they are, they will have it ready in 20 minutes.
Just don’t put an estimated time like 9:16 to 9:27pm. You’re giving me a time frame where the food will be hot and ready.

Update(2-22-26) I placed my order and hour in advance so that it would be ready. I get to the store and they haven’t even started pelreping my order, what’s the damn point on ordering an hour+ in advance if they’re not even going to start prepping your order. I get that they may have lots of orders but it makes no sense that they can’t even get started on a 2 pizzas order when the order was placed over an hour ago.
Most of the time I have to wait a long time to get the order, usually 15min in a slow day, in a busy day you’ll have to wait over 30 min. easily. Staff is friendly and the pizzas taste good. One of the things that I do find gross is that the employees always have their pants dirty from wiping their hands and it just makes me think of how they’re grabbing food with their hands after wiping them on their clothes.

This is one of the worst Little Caesars I have ordered from. I had ordered from them because my family and I were down there for a baseball tournament. I had to wait over thirty minutes past the time my order was supposed to be ready and I wasn’t the only person waiting. All the workers were messing around and laughing in the back. I received an email saying they were having trouble putting the order in the portal and to talk to a representative. When I asked about my order they told me they were still working on it and they don’t know why I received that email.
I accidentally ordered from the same store again and once I realized I did I tried calling them to cancel the order because I was back in my home area but nobody ever answered the phone. I gave up after the fourth try and will call my bank to request my money back.

I’m a delivery driver. After I accepted the order, I waited 10 minutes with no updates. The staff were just chatting with someone else in front of me. I ended up waiting 20 minutes and the food still wasn’t ready. It was already 8:30 PM and there weren’t many customers. From now on, I will refuse to pick up orders from this restaurant.

Let’s start with the pizza is NOT as advertised, not close to it.
We ordered pretzel pizza. The crust was soggy and gross. Nothing like pretzel.
I called to speak to a manager. Spoke to one person then on hold for 16minutes until someone else picked up saying they were the manager. I go back to have the pizza replaced with the pretzel crust. I showed him what it looked like and mentioned the crust was not a “PRETZEL” Crust. Told him tell me I’m wrong..He the ” manager, said your wrong” it’s the same crust we just put oil on it to make it more brown then the salt.”
Okay, well this certainly doesn’t look like the picture, ” he said it doesn’t matter your going to get it remade.”
WOW! To me that was like shut up you’ll get a new one. While waiting and watching no one is washing their hands. Touching their face, drinking touching their straw then the food or utensils. STERITECH would have a field day here. Music playing loudly.
One guy opens up one of the two boxes we had to bring back for our replacement. He says really and they ate some? YES YES WE DID. My kid didn’t realize it was made bad.
How rude! How unprofessional. I have never dealt with a location ” new” with this kind of behavior.
Manager gave me the new pizza it didn’t even come close to expectations I just agreed and left. Worst customer connection here.
