Waited 30 minutes for 2 orders of breadsticks. Finally got them and they were actually cold to the touch. This little ceasars is a mess. I would go back inside and ask for a refund but I don’t feel like standing around waiting. I would appreciate a refund

I used the app to order so my experience was OK until I walked in to grab my order. I walked in and said I had an online order to the cashier. He barely made eye contact with me before looking at the computer and confirming the name on the order.
He walked in the back and came back within two minutes with my order. That’s when I noticed I didn’t have the sauces.
I was still standing there when he decided to just help another customer without asking if I needed anything else. I decided to just leave without my sauces since I was late for a meeting. This is the second time this has happened to me at the same location. I’ll come back and order again, but I’m not paying extra again for sauces.

Can someone please contact whoever runs this store and train staff how to greet customers. Each and every time I come here its 30 min until someone acknowledges im standing in line. They look and you and walk to the back of the store! This is by far the worst store in this chain! There is never any “hot and ready”. Its warm and when they feel like working! Even call in or online orders are never ready!

I ordered a hour ago and THEY STILL HAVE NOT STARTED IT YET!!! All I had was two extra most bestest and yet it doesn’t make a difference. This problem is very common as a dasher that I had to explain to my customer they never make things on time. There are dozens of people waiting alongside with me right now. They need their management revaluated or better yet they need to upgrade or expand their equipment.

The worst service I’ve ever seen in my life staff need to start figuring out how customers service works nobody should be waiting 15 plus minutes for someone to come to the counter and the best part they don’t even acknowledge you. It’s not rocket science to make a pizza or assist a customer I get this is Little Caesars but by all means and I’m not expecting much but at least the decency of acknowledging someone is waiting at the front counter.

Waited almost an hour for my online order. Cashier was super sweet and apologetic, young man packed the pizzas was nice as well.
I ordered a stuffed crust pizza with pepperoni and added hamburger to one side. As you see in the picture this is only hamburger and barely has that on here.
This place has been going downhill for awhile. Check your food before you leave!

I sent my son to town to grab 2 Extramostbestest Cheese pizzas for an easy dinner. He returned and the cheese was burnt on both pizzas and there was a jalapeño stem in the crust of one and the other had jalapeños in the crust as well. The employees didn’t even take the time to cut the pizza slices evenly. The cheese was more hard than melted. I tried to reach a manager and was unsuccessful. Both calls were over 40 minutes on hold.
