I love the concept of Lil Ceaser’s, but this location disappointed hard tonight. What is up with this pizza? Not even the worst one star review pizzas look like this! Didn’t notice till we were home. Of course hungry we ate most of it. I hate to be a bother and I did not want to drive back after a long day at work.

Apparently, the crew working today has issues with their jobs & customer service. Regardless of how busy, it does not excuse giving an attitude when YOUR policy REQUIRES a customer to ask YOU for the dips that were ordered for pickup in the Portal. Then arriving home & pizzas are cut horribly. If you’re NOT happy with your job, find another, seriously.

My lady tried to come and order some pizza from this location not only did they not have hot n ready pizza. They are now saying that cheese is a special order and you have to put it in before hand… but pepperoni pizza isnt? What? So you can go in and order a pepp pizza just fine… but we have to call ahead for JUST cheese?

The most disrespectful staff ever. I stood there for almost 10 minutes not being greeted while staff walked past me. A worker was placing an order through the phone, didn’t even acknowledge me then I was still ignored. I was finally acknowledged then bluntly told my total to pay. Then I asked to purchase the sauces, and when I paid I wasn’t sure if I could grab it or if the cashier would hand it to me. “You paid for it.” He told me when I asked if I’m allowed to grab it. I also watched the staff members spit in trash cans and were covered in pizza dough and sauce. Worst experience ever, extremely uncomfortable and unpleasant. I never write reviews like this but this really took it over the top.

This restaurant is a full people are really rude it doesn’t matter if its the manager or regular employee just went through the drive nobody came up to take my order for a while so I went i side the store another car pulls up to the windows the employee yield “omagosh stop ‘ then she notice im rigth behind the counter she still don’t care she goes to the window takes the order even though I was already waiting then she comes up to me with an attitude, rudely takes my order and im asking for a receipt she said “it didn’t print ” I said can I get a copy she keeps saying no it didn’t print so I had to ask for the manager twice and she call the manager “mama I need you to come over here” the reason I requested a receipt was because last time I was there I got charge for an order that wasn’t mine but I didn’t see till days after I didn’t get a receipt and if you are to ask why I come here its just because im 5 mys away but they always have a really bad attitude

Waited over 40 minutes for an order that was supposedly ready & it was cold when I got it. Never gotten irritated with a cashier but this girl genuinely wouldn’t respond to anything I asked (didn’t realize pizza was cold till after I left the building) just continued to give me a lobotomized stare. Never insulted her or tried to make annoying small talk I was asking abt different items aside from pizza and she wouldn’t talk. A yes, no, I can’t hear you, or an I don’t know would have been completely fine with me but there was no response. On that note I think they should check on her, it’s either sleeping issues or a drug problem that makes someone that unresponsive & react so lethargically

Called store and got transfered twice before finally getting connected to the Manager (Chris) His only solution was to go another day to pick up the pizza because they were out of ham and pineapple… we paid for delivery! Also why have it on menu if not available? Another thing is I don’t care to have pizza again the next day….Why not give a courtesy call and let me know you don’t have it available and let me decide if I want the cheese pizza or something else. Why send whatever when I’m the one paying? I asked for a refund and Manager said he was unable to do so because I had ordered online. He was unable to resolve told me to call tomorrow and talk to another manager (Donovan) to see if maybe he can resolve…

Im certain that this franchise has achieved the elite clarity of knowing their pizza is trash and are 100% ok with it. We ordered three pizzas for delivery Bill was $40 Two of the pizzas that arrived we not what we ordered. The third pizza was so bland it leaves me wondering if this franchise has even heard of seasonings. At least salt.

Went in and waited, no one came out. Ordered online and picked up in drive through. The pizza was a mess. Didn’t even taste good. I called and the guy who answered just said, “okay” when I complained. The only option was to drive back there and show them the pizza, even though I took a picture of it. I’ve been up for almost 48 hours so I wasn’t driving back.
