First off, somebody needs to teach the boy at the counter some customer service skills and to look at customers when interacting with them.
As I’m trying to ask a question, he tells me twice the price and points of the scanner for me to scan my card as I’m trying to order more food, the third time he snaps at me while raising his voice and pointing at the scanner. So I had to raise my voice, “Sir! I would like to order something else. At which point I get a blank stare at the floor and a “O”!
After paying for my food, I exited the building, not wanting confrontation, just to find out the pizza has probably been there for hours. It is cold and it is ugly and looks dry…… sitting in the parking lot waiting for the customers to leave to maybe have a small bit of his attention to get a fresh pizza. It’s clear that this pizza has been sitting there for hours and it’s not even cooked all the way for it to be as dark as it is on top! Will update if if there’s another problem I’m hoping there won’t be. Got a I got a fresh pizza. No questions asked not. I’m sorry. Not a single word.

Make your way to another location. These people have the worst customer service in the area. Do not even bother ordering online. One of the ovens is not even in service so you are forced to bother these people from their job. Young black boy with the dreads is choosey on who he’s courteous to. I asked for my order once the web showed it was ready, I could see my name. I tell him I’m picking up and he goes to look and comes to tell me. Grab it! Just monotone. The other day I picked up via drive thru which by the way it took one hour for my order to be ready, plus the drive thru wait of about 20 mins once again he was at the window. Acts as if customers are bothering him from his job. I will take my business to another location

Tattoo face cashier would ask next but had to wait until she finished her texting session then I told her my order and waited on her to finish her texting session again n then but only then I was able to get my and the pizza didn’t look good or even cut correctly as you can see in the pic. I did see the bad reviews but sometimes ppl over reacted but no they are true and never giving this place a chance

Worst place to order pizza. I order cheese and olives pizza and person told me to be ready for pick up 10 to 15 minutes. When I arrive to pickup my pizza my order doesn’t show in their system. The guy told me we don’t have order for you and asked me to make another order. Another lady came and asked and she was so rude and told me that do you want pizza or not and I said I want but she told me rudely that if you order than make you wait another 10 to 15 minutes. They found my pizza from the oven but all the olives on on side and hardly olives on all the slices. They made me end up new pizza and I have to pay for it and they didn’t offered me something complimentary. Worst service and worst people.

I’m writing to express my deep disappointment with the level of customer service and product quality I experienced at your Little Caesars location on Texas 249. What should have been a simple Saturday evening pizza pickup turned into a frustrating ordeal that reflects a much larger issue with how customer care seems to have declined over the years.

I placed and paid for my order through the Little Caesars app, which included:
• One ExtraMostBestest cheese pizza
• One order of Cheesy Steak Puffs
• One order of oven-baked wings
• Three ranch dressings

When I arrived, the drive-through line was extremely long—nearly a mile—so I went inside to pick up my order. The store was crowded, and though the cashier initially couldn’t locate my order, she eventually found it after I provided my receipt and order number.

I took my pizza home, only to discover there was no sauce at all on it. My nine-year-old granddaughter was the first to notice it was dry. To make matters worse, the Cheesy Steak Puffs I ordered contained pepperoni instead.

I immediately called the store, asked to speak to a manager, and was placed on hold for nearly 40 minutes in total—with no resolution. Frustrated, I drove back to the store myself. Upon arrival, no one greeted me. After knocking on the counter several times, an employee finally appeared. He looked unprepared and indifferent. When I explained what happened, he simply stated, “You probably got someone else’s order,” processed my refund, and never once apologized for the inconvenience or poor service.

Our food was hot and the Young Man at the drive thru has such a great spirit. This place has been here since I was a young adult. Love it still. I’ll drive an hour to get this pizza. They have no problem making your pizza if you don’t mind waiting!. It’s worth it. Nice Vibe

When I normally come to this location, my order is ready and the food is okay. Today I placed an order online at 2:40 pm. I arrived to the restaurant at 2:55. The time is now 3:15 and I haven’t been greeted at all. There is a worker and she is on her cell phone. She is walking around in the back of the restaurant. There is also 10 people standing in here with me as well and they haven’t even placed an order. One customer stated he have been in here for 20 mins. This is ridiculous.! A worker just walked in the building and rushed to the cash register, so hopefully it doesn’t be another 40 minutes before I get my order.

I rarely leave reviews, but this Little Caesars location has consistently been the worst experience every time I come to pick up an order. The customer service is loud, rude, and unprofessional. I’ve tried giving them multiple chances, but the service never improves.

The employees act bothered when customers ask questions, and there’s zero sense of urgency or courtesy. It’s honestly disappointing because Little Caesars is usually a quick and easy option, but this location completely misses the mark.

Management seriously needs to step in and make changes—better training, better attitude, and a cleaner, more organized environment because at the rate they’re going, they’ll lose loyal customers. I won’t be returning, and I can’t recommend this location to anyone.
