Found hair on my first 2 slices and me and my brother have short hair, didn’t want to go back all the way back deal with it so we threw it away and just microwaved some soups to not eat someones greasy hair in case they didn’t shower and was looking forward to it

If I had a zero option that’s what I would give this location, this is 4th time I’ve come to the Highway 6 and Bellaire location in Houston,Tx that the lunch special pizza is not ready, every time it’s a 10 to 15 minute wait, we are on our lunch as well why isnt the pizza made already. Secondly fix thr damn drive thru speaker every time you talk they can never hear and we always have to drive up. Do better please ‼️

Diana and Lily are both rude and just like to hang up on people. Im here on vacation and I think it’s ridiculous that my small town little ceasers has better customer service then here.
I asked Miss Lily for a manager and she said she would get me one and then hung up on me.

This LC is good spot. The only thing that bothers me is that I have to always ask the drive thru person if I can have a fresh straight out the oven pizza. No one likes paying their hard earned money for cold pizza even though it’s good too, but I want my immediate money’s worth.

You order on line and it sends a time it will be ready, you get there and its not ready,and you have to wait more time and they ain’t friendly, the pizza they sometimes don’t get the order correct and the pizza is overcooked and feels dry it just doesn’t look or taste good,if the employee’s don’t like there job,maybe they should look for a better job .

I paid at 5:08 today was told 10 mins for the pizza. No biggie.
I pull up and watch 15 or so people before and after me walk out with pizza within 30-40 mins. At 5:45 my daughter is irritated in the car so we get out to get our money back and go somewhere else cause seriously??? And thats when he comes out to give me my pizza. No offer for a free pizza or anything else for the trouble. And i get home? Its cold and burnt. Denied refund and was not even remade.

Lobby now closes at 9:00pm and drive thru open till 10:00pm. I place order for cheese bread and sauce. The food was very fresh.

Whether you want to pickup 1 or more $6 hot n ready pizzas to go on a whim or if you are in a hurry you can be in and out in just a few minutes. Build your own custom puzza with a variety of ingredients from olives, pepparoni, sausage, Canadian bacon, pineapple and crusts from thin to stuffed to pretzel…they have you covered. You can add breadsticks, chicken wings, a variety of sodas and more. The service is always great and they always have specials. You can also order ahead or hit the drive through. Never more than a 15-20 minute wait for special and large orders. The best part it is always hot, delicious, and a good value.

Pleade do not go thru they drive thru and pay with card the worker keep my card and gave me back my recipt and charged my card twice for some else food the workers come out a side door talking to family in the drive thru holding up the line I’m still trying to get a refund nobody there speaks English to help me which is crazy please do nit go thru drive thru I’m still trying figure out how you give me my recipt but not my card now I can’t get a refund

This is primarily a review on the Crazy Bread. So it’s been a couple of years (or more) since the item changed from fluffy bread sticks to its current flattish pizza-dough strip form, but I didn’t mind as long as the taste is pretty much the same. However now it doesn’t even taste right. The bread was very tasteless with very little oil, barely baked through, and didn’t smell very much like food at all.
