Just left this place I spent 30 dollars on pizza and wings. I ordered on the little Caesars app and get in there and they didn’t have any wings, ok fine but then they didn’t have anything to give me only some bs bread sticks. Oh wait they also couldn’t give me money back since I ordered through the app. I waited over 20 minutes for this order. You know they told me they could only refund me for the whole order not the just the wings and that I had to bring the whole order back to get a refund so instead of giving me the cash or offering a store credit for another day or just crediting back the little 7 bucks they were ok with the customer walking out of there with nothing. Had they had some customer service I would of been ok as it wasn’t about the money it was the lack of customer service.No accountability on their part for not updating their system and the inconvenience they caused me as a customer, no apologies or nothing just piss poor customer service.

Not just one crew member the whole team did an amazing job not only were there so many people in there they didn’t get stressed out they kept the line moving and they were very polite now I know it’s just a Little Caesars but I’ve had better service from them than I’ve had from Perry’s steakhouse pappasito’s and multiple other places. Now not every time occasionally 1 out of 10 times I do get bad service from pappasito’s in Perry’s. But long story short the Little Caesars did an amazing job. I would not expect that from Little Caesars. I’ve never had that kind of service from Little Caesars as you can tell I’m mind blown I took my time to write a long review. Everybody have a blessed day and yes I would go back to that Little Caesars I would drive out of my way to go there. Every other Little Caesars I’ve ever been to trash I drove all the way there because I read the reviews online were good. They deserve good reviews of the store if you have a good experience please report it

The little guy that’s on the cash register is very rude he’s Spanish and I’m black he hung up the phone when I tried to ask him to repeat my order then I got there he really didn’t want to help me. This order took place on 01-19-2026 around 7:45pm.
I proceeded to pickup order and it was incorrect. I called my order in to prevent waiting because I understand other customers would like quicker service.

This location is great for IN-PERSON order but if your ordering thru their app (which is run thru Doordash) THEY WILL MISS PARTS OF YOUR ORDERS. My first I let it slide by, Ive worked in fast food industry, we make mistakes fine, second time I didnt notice it was too late to call customer service, third time they forgot part of my order the dasher never replied or anwser phone calls, customer service for Little Cesars delivery didnt pick up. This time I got the dasher to reply and stated that the worker said that was it, we were missing a 2-litter drink and crazy sauce that came with the bundle/special deal. Its not the first nor second NOR THIRD time its been MULTIPLE times and its crazy! Not to say you pay “service fee” “delivery fee” “tip” “taxes” ect. all that adds up and yet the orders never arrive complete. Wouldnt recommend to buy thru the app nor any delivery app THEY WILL FORGET SOMETHING your order will arrive INCOMPLETE then for customer service not to pick up.

Very disorganized place. I went friday.i called my order in.the Hispanic lady working the front had no clue what she was doing.when I went in there was at least 20 people in the lobby area waiting on the orders they called in or did online.the lady had about 25 pizzas stacked up

Was intrigued because this place has a higher rating on Google reviews than other Little Caesar’s locations, so ordered an Ultimate Supreme pizza and Buffalo Wings on the website for pickup. The pizza was very good and it was much better compared to other Little Caesar’s. The wings were pretty good and came with lots of sauce and I like my wings a little crispier especially the skin, but I still liked them. Food was ready when I arrived, which was a few minutes after the time I had selected for pickup. Many people were waiting but I was glad to pick up hot food quickly. Good experience. Want to come back to this location when we want Little Caesar’s.

I waited for one hot and ready pizza and a order of stuffed bread sticks for 1 hour the staff was not friendly my ticket or receipt was lost staff were sweeping the floor while pizza was open on the prep counter space I asked if my order was ready the check-in person left to go to the back to ask he never came back to give me any information there was no receipt given because customers were told there was no paper for the machine it was crowded I finally asked for a manager or supervisor the girl said take my pizza and leave she laughed as if something was funny so unprofessional and the manager that came from the back was no better she act as if there actions were appropriate she also stated take my food and go after accusing me of arguing with the other staff member so I just asked to be refunded she just said ok and get out I can not recall the last time I experienced this kind of unprofessional behavior and rude attitude that was not called for if you do not want to work for the company find another job the service I was subjected to was unexpected young ladies please have more for yourself as well as others I suggest that you have all employees take a course of class or something in professionalism as well as customer service before be hired make them accountable for their actions

So..first time I went they were out of the pizza bites it was an hour wait at least. Went again this time I ordered online/app and definitely not disappointed. Pizza bites were fresh and cooked perfectly. Will order again for sure. Thank you all at this location. It was super busy and still smiles on their faces. Lol. Didn’t wait to take pic and of course I had to have a jalapeno.
