Sent my husband in to get a supreme pizza, and it is disgusting old wilted rotten bell peppers that look brownish and the cheese is overcooked and burned it is dry and not pleasant at all. Very disgusting. It gives me the impression this is an old pizza that got reheated and given to me. Cant believe this. If i could give this place a 0 stars I would do it. Old call pizza. We are paying customers, this is not free food. I expect the quality of my food to be at least fresh.
It should not be responsibility of the customer to check the quality of the food before leaving the restaurant to make sure they got a fresh pizza. It is expected for the restaurant to serve food fresh.
I will report this incident to DSHS as I highly suspect I was sold an old unsafe pizza with old rotten toppings!!!!
And to top it off i keep trying to call the restaurant and it seems like no one can answer the damn phone.

They never cut the pizza right, If they don’t burn it they give your pizza raw. They barely add the toppings. I asked for a Hawaiian, and it was all burn and I can barely see the toppings .They need better training. We are paying for this food is not free.

Been going to this location almost every Sunday for the past 10 years. It has gotten so bad recently. I can’t go anymore. Ordered a Philadelphia Cheesesteak pizza and there were hardly any toppings. Had one or two the previous weekends and it wasn’t bad. But this was just unacceptable for a $15.99 pizza. Have done Papa John’s the past two weekends and been pretty happy. Sad times.

I have loved Little Caesars Pizza for Decades, but I will never go to this location again. Two weeks ago, I ordered a Deep Dish Supreme pizza online, picked it up and went straight home. When I opened the box, I discovered a mangled and deformed mess of a Pizza. It looked like someone ripped it into pieces, the bottom was gooey and missing in places, and it was grossly under-cooked. I was shocked but chalked it up as a one-off mess up. I Over the years Little Caesars had always been consistent in their quality. While not gourmet, it was delicious with a crispy crust that would provide that satisfying crunch when you bit into it.
Yesterday, I had skipped lunch so was starving by the time dinner rolled around. I decided to get my Deep Dish Supreme, my go-to when I’m feeling Hangry. I showed up and Paid while I was waiting for it to finish. Since I had that disappointing experience two weeks prior, I made sure to open the box and check the condition of the Pizza before I left. Yet again, I was met with a complete and total horror of a Pizza, virtually identical to the previous one, if not worse. I asked the checkout lady, “Is it supposed to look like this mangled mess?” She replied “Sometimes it gets stuck to the Pan.” No Apology, No Eye-Contact, No Empathy. I could sense frustration that I even opened it in front of her. I stood there in shock staring at it. I am not one to make a scene, and I was starving, not wanting to wait another 20-30 minutes to get what seemed at that point would be another total debacle of a Pizza. In that short moment I decided I would take it home and just eat it, but never return to this Little Caesars location. When I arrived home, after taking a picture of the condition of the pizza for this review, I attempted to scrape it on to a baking sheet so I could FINISH cooking it. I couldn’t even do that because there was virtually no bottom to it, and it was falling apart, sticking to the pizza box.
My wife came into the kitchen and witnessed me struggling, and frustrated, and then decided to take the pizza back for a refund. The same cashier, who when asked identified as the Store Manager, AGAIN offered no apology. She argued with my wife that since we received such a bad pizza 2 weeks ago, why we then ordered the same thing again, saying that there were plenty of different places we could get Pizza from, even naming Pizza Hut, and Dominos as good options! This from the Manager! What an absolute and total disgrace! We will, of course, take her advice and never spend another dollar at this Little Caesars location. While my wife was going to return the pizza, I ordered 2 Medium Dominos Pizzas, and they were wonderfully cooked, crispy, and delicious.
This location does not care. They have Zero concern for the quality of the product they serve their patrons. They have Zero concern for the Brand they represent. We Will Never Return, and you should never buy Pizza from Little Caesars at 9599 Jones Road.

If I could give this place 0 Stars I would!!! This place either needs to be shut down or they need to replace everyone from Management down!!! The quality of the food I just received is absolutely disgusting and it was all the way wrong! Been trying to call the store but it seems like they don’t like awnsering phones!
Whoever owns this particular Little Caesars Pizza needs to WAKE UP and read all these reviews and DO SOMETHING!!

It was worth what I paid. However, the cleanings level did not give me the warm fuzzies. Air vents above food service area in desperate need of cleaning. Surfaces need to be cleaned and then inspected. Grime and visible trash on floors, pizza warmers and refrigerator. The pandemic is no time to walk into a less than well kept restaurant.

Every time I have ordered from this location the food takes forever. Even with ordering hours ahead. The quality of the food is also very hit or miss and sometimes very overcooked. Today however I picked up my pizza and noticed one was made incorrectly, the staff tried to argue and finally offered to remake it but it would be an extra 10-15 minutes. When I requested all my food be remade since I was having to wait anyways then I was told that would be an extra 25-30 minutes. I won’t be returning to this location unless the management gets it together.
