I truly want to praise this Little Caesars location and especially Kierra. I had an issue with the app scheduling my order for a different time than when I arrived, and instead of brushing me off, Kierra showed genuine care. She took the time to fix everything, made sure my order was right, and treated me with kindness and respect the entire time.
In a world where good customer service can feel rare, this experience meant a lot to me. Little Caesars should be proud to have someone like Kierra representing their business she is professional, patient, and attentive. Employees like her are the reason customers come back. She absolutely deserves recognition (and honestly, a raise).

I cannot say enough good things about this store. Every time I pick up a pizza from here it is delicious. (Cannot say that about the one by my house- it gross) however every single time I’ve been treated quickly and with respect and kindness. The staff is excellent. Shout out to the lady that I usually see- she calls me baby and she is helpful and just brings a little joy to my day! The young man that helped me today was also great and polite. Again, the pizza is on point (thin crust pepperoni ) and my order has been in my hands every time within 10 minutes. Thanks for tje great service, positive vibes and hot fresh and delicious pizza!

When I ordered from the little Cesar’s app, I put in the right phone number at first but when I ended up checking it afterwards it automatically put my old number. When I was trying to find my delivery after delivering the order, they showed me a picture and set it outside of the building. I thought I put the correct apartment number, but when I checked, it wasn’t on there at all… the app wasn’t correct and I put the correct information in but it auto corrected to a different number but afterwards I tried to atleast get my refund , they couldn’t refund my order.. they couldn’t even contact the driver because their phone number wasn’t available or working so there was no way of getting my order anyways. Nor, did I get an email or anything.

I get the lunch combo here and its always good, I order online and wait for it to be ready for pick up on the tracker. Person at the front always get me in and out of there in less than a minute. Huge fan of grabbing a cheap slice.

Went all the way there just to find a roach on my pizza when I got home so I went back and the little funny looking cashier/ pizza maker had the nerve to tell me he personally pressed out the dough and how they don’t have roaches then began to get smart acting like he was ready to fight my bf claiming he’s from 3rd ward (scary right? )while the OWNER was there giving me my refund he could tell the roach was cooked into the pizza!!!! I despise everything about this particular location. The wait is always long. No kind of welcoming customer service. Beggars always outside. My pizza was burnt as hell. I didn’t want to go back in that place so I just threw it away. & The workers look very unclean. Don’t go here unless you’re desperate and wanna share your burnt pizza with the homeless ppl in front of the door.

I haven’t been back here since! The wait was over 15 minutes. The pizza wasn’t cut thoroughly. The cheese was not evenly distributed, which you can see toward the middle. There is also green pepper on my crust. It made me question their cleanliness. Cross contamination is definitely a thing.
