I had an online order at 4:00 and when they sent the email that the order was ready it was nowhere to be found, I even asked upfront but the order wasn’t ready , granted it’s a Friday and it tends to get packed now keep in mind I only ordered a singular Peperroni Pizza which is something that shouldn’t take too long compared to other items and I didn’t mind waiting thinking it might take like 15-30mins but a whole 2 hours?! If I were looking for a quick grab and go I wouldn’t go here, plus they keep having the reucurring problem of understaffing the place with only like three people max ,there is only so much they can do especially on weekends when people tend to buy from fast food places more

The worse location of Little Caesar I have been to. I ordered my food over the phone and they told me my food would be ready at 3:05pm. When I get there they couldn’t find my order. Then I called the customer service line letting them know. They misspelled my name and it was nowhere near what I told them but I provided the name and spelled it because it wasnt really a name just a bunch of letters. to the cashier and she refused to give me my order because I didnt have an order # but they had my order with the name the customer service told me over the phone. I gave them the order # that was given to me and they said that it was not correct. I just walked out they just wasted food because no one with that “name” is gonna pick it up. Absolutely ridiculous!

Horrible. I only ordered 1 classic pepperoni pizza & ended up waiting over 40 mins for it. So much for Hot & Ready. They need better management. I’ll drive further to a different location or make my own pizza before waiting this long again.

I’m honestly surprised this location is still operating. My order was not ready when I arrived, and I had ordered in advance online. The employee at the register was telling everyone that the wait time was around 30 minutes, and another customer said they had already been waiting for over an hour.
While I was waiting, another customer shared that the same staff had laughed at customers during her previous visit when they complained. She also mentioned that the cashier had been outside smoking while there was a long line inside. Based on what I saw today I believe it. I also witnessed the cashier being rude to a child who was just trying to order a pizza. When I asked about my own order, the cashier simply said she didn’t know when it would be ready because I had ordered the crazy puffs. At that point, I decided to leave and take my business elsewhere. This was extremely unprofessional and disappointing. Between what I experienced and what other customers described, I will not be returning to this location or recommending it to anyone. It’s unacceptable customer service and genuinely concerning that this staff is still employed here.

If I could give 0 stars I would. The pizzas are lazily made. The staff give you an attitude for asking for an update. Not one person there seems to move with any urgency. Every single time I go there for 1- 2 pizzas im waiting 30 mins. You can look though the back and see the gm leisurely putting on ingredients with no gloves and can hear her say im not rushing let the customers wait. So it makes since where the staff gets it from. The employees are extremely unprofessional and consistently behind on orders. I witnessed staff eating over the pizza they were preparing for customers. When handling food with their hands, they did not wash their hands before continuing to prepare pizzas. There was a complete lack of sanitation.
My son ordered Crazy Bread that was not fully cooked. I placed an order today, 10/14/25, at 6:31 PM, and as of 8:54 PM, my pizza was still not ready. This is unacceptable. There was no option to cancel the order. I attempted to call multiple times, but no one answered. When we went to the restaurant, the staff ignored us entirely.
This location needs to hire new employees—people who are willing to work as a team, maintain cleanliness, and take food safety and customer service seriously.

This place is always backed up on pizzas. The staff is not respectful and they are not organized at all. One of the staff members yelled out “ where is y’all’s leftover thanksgiving food at “ They have no work ethic whatsoever, I believe if the staff would at least have a positive attitude and be welcoming to their customers it would make things a bit better. This location needs new staff and management!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION. Order tracking within the establishment is a disaster, an admission overheard coming from its own staff. My online order was handed to me an hour after it had been placed. The young lady at the counter, sporting old track marks advised incoming customers, “we cant take on any more orders at this time due to a 30-45 min wait time” then “you know what, yeah i can take your order” to the person behind those she’d just turned away. The young lady was higher than a kite. Amid the increasing, impatient crowd, the young lady abruptly stepped outside, shared an interesting “smoke” with a male who had been lingering outside the establishment, before returning to the counter. The environment is simply not favorable, go elsewhere if you can, i will.
