EVERYTHING about this place is horrible! Like the other review says it’s SLOW and NEVER ready! The service is terrible because the people act like they don’t know where anyone’s order is even after it comes out seconds later. The ac never works. There are NO chairs. I’d have a better time during lunch in prison. At least there’s ac and chairs. The only reason I’m still here is because I ordered online and don’t know how to cancel. So far I’ve been waiting an hour and counting. I came when the app said it would be ready but I’m still here. Please either shut down or fire everybody and start over again.

Every time we go the lady at the front says the wait time for pizza is 1 hour! I thought they were suppose to have hot n ready pizzas. This store use to be ran by a guy and he always had pizzas hot n ready. If he didn’t the longest we had to wait was 15-20minutes.

This place is always busy. That’s fine with me, I don’t mind the wait. I went in a few days ago because I REALLY wanted some crazy bread so we stopped. I waited in line for a good 7 minutes and when I got to the counter the cashier told me that she didn’t have any more made. I asked her if she could make more and that the only reason I was there was to get them. She said no and that the ones they had were for orders already made? This is confusing because she was just refusing to do it. She was not rude and did apologize, but offered no explanation as to why more couldn’t be made. The answer was just, “no. I’m really sorry.” Had she said, “there’s only a certain amount of dough made per day” or something else, anything else, I wouldn’t have written this review. Disappointing.

They should call this slow and ready. They never have pizza ready. Even if you order through the portal you still have to wait an hour to get your order. They need new management!! Whoever is in charge does not know how to run this place. Go somewhere else if you want your pizza hot and ready.

This location is bringing in revenue and they have the money for employees, but it still tales them 2 hours for 3 regular pepperoni pizzas. Im not lying, 2 HOURS! This is ridiculous, this place is an abomination to society. Just go to Dominos next time, on the app Dominos has large pizzas for $7 vs this $6 disappointment.

8/6/2023, had my order sitting in the warm box for 30 mins without letting me get it because I needed to out in the code, but it wouldn’t show up, and they kept telling me to put in the code, but IVE GOT MY RECEIPT AND EMAIL, JUST GIVE ME MY FOOD. IDIOTS!
