First off I want to say the cashier, the young man he is always so nice. He lets you know how long it will take to get your pizza. He does a good job by multi tasking and helping out in the back trying to get everyone’s order out in a timely manner. While people making bad comments he still does everything with a smile and says nothing.. That is a good worker. If you have to wait 30 min for your pizza especially if it’s a Friday please keep in mind there is an ice cream shop next door and even a fiesta. Don’t be mean or rude to the employees If you don’t like the wait.

This place is probably the worst little caesars in Houston. We order ONE pizza online and they always take over 45 minutes just to get a confirmation. Then we show up expecting it to be ready cause online it says to pick up at a certain time and they still make us stand around waiting even longer. What’s the point of online ordering if the store can’t even come close to the quoted time?
The service is completely unreliable, the wait times are unacceptable, and clearly nobody there is in a rush to help customers. It’s a waste of time from start to finish, and they seriously need to get their act together.

As you can see in the pictures below my order was partially incorrect. I ordered a pepperoni with bell peppers, the bell peppers are nowhere in sight. I basically paid $9.00 for a pepperoni pizza. Their restaurant was out of them. When I asked to speak with a manager for a refund the RUDE employee behind the counter told me to come the next day to speak with her. She was extremely unprofessional and dismissive.
Pizzas were instructed to be well done and they were not, they were sloppy and toppings were basically thrown on to them.
If I could give 0 stars I would but that’s not an option.

I ordered a 5 Meat Feast pizza from Little Caesars at 9:07 PM, almost an hour before closing, but what I got was a complete mess. The pizza was cold, and it was obvious they didn’t make it fresh. It looked like they just took an old pepperoni pizza, tossed some meat on top, and sent it out. The toppings weren’t even stuck to the pizza—every time I picked up a slice, the meat just fell right off. There’s no excuse for this kind of quality, especially when there was still plenty of time to make a fresh pizza. Really disappointing.
