Esme (bad) Manager !!! nothing to help I’m the customer, I didn’t get any discount or anything extra pizza. In fact, he tells me afterwards why I didn’t come back because I was working and I don’t have time. I visited today. I thought I would have a positive review, but this manager is worthless.

Upon entering this location you see someone working the drive through. We were not greeted and stood in the lobby for at least 5 minutes waiting for someone to acknowledge us. When someone finally did it was a quick and emotionless. We waited in the extremely hot lobby with dead bugs on the floor. We got our food and took a few bites of the dough and it tasted fine but was undercooked. Will not return to this location.

I hate that pizzas are not hot/warm unless you make a special order. I really do not like mentioning specific people but this guy with very short hair(almost bald) has such bad energy, always seems like he hates his job and he’s just there because he has to. Always looks at people(specially food delivery people) with such an emotionless face that just seems to drain everyone’s energy. Honestly ya’ll should go there once when he’s the cashier/taking orders and just stay in the parking lot, you’ll see people walk in smiling but when they leave, they all share that same emotionless/hopeless face..

Until the last 2 months this has been a great place to get low cost and good tasting pizza in San Angelo. The last 2-3 times I went there the service has been fine but the pizza crust is paper thin, raw/undercooked, and cold. They are also getting skimpier on the cheese. The one on north Bryant is much better.

Esme is the best manager ever! I went in and was late 20 minutes for my order so they had gotten cold, As I proceeded to check my order and seen they weren’t fresh I asked if there was anything she could do for me . She said I could remake but it will take about 15 minutes because we are busy. So I agreed to that and she got my order fixed and fresh for me . Will definitely go back! We need more people like Esme in this world ,she handled my situation with a great attitude and no problems at all!!!

I’m sure they do well in the location. The only reason to stop in is to pick up a ready made pizza. The problem lies in how long the pizza has been “ready”. Definitely not fresh and not worth the wait to get a fresh pizza. Domino’s or pizza hut is the way to go for that. The only reason to go here is if you’re in a rush which should not be often. The food is stale. Even the extra most bestest is not worth paying a few dollars more for. I fail to see a difference, honestly.

Sat on hold on the phone for a while drove all the way from shine bright by Rosas on Sherwood way all the way to walking inside and them asking me what I wanted, their excuse was the typical we have been busy, but you should know you have a customer on the phone trying to order. Apparently it’s ok to leave your customer on hold so long story short I didn’t get pizza from them. Y’all need to start disciplining these workers and start learning customer service since you are in the business field

I was told that the order would be placed in the hot box for pick-up, but the pizza had been sitting under lamps for several minutes by the time that I drew someone’s attention and asked where my food was. One poor fellow was told repeatedly that his food would be ready in 5 minutes. They clearly favor the drive- through customers.

Always fast and fresh and hot!! I can feed my whole family for around $12-$15. My kiddos love little caesars pizza and the Italian cheese bread! The drive trough line moves pretty fast most of the time. The employees are always kind and courteous. You can drive through or park and pick up inside. Convenient location.

Went through the drive thru to get a cheese pizza, went back to my hotel to see that the pizza had to been sitting there for a while, it was dry and nasty. I called to get a new one and with no hesitation there I went. Luckily it was right down the street…
