Ordered 2 extra most bestest cheese, an extra most bestest pepperoni, and a veggie and all 3 of the extra most bestest did not look like they were extra most bestest. The pepperoni one literally looks and tasted like they took a hot n ready threw some pepperoni and a little more cheese on it threw it back in the oven and called it good. The cheese ones had very little cheese in spots to where the sauce is obvious. Manager was a little rude though she did offer to remake 1 of the cheese pizzas(the one where more of the sauce can be seen). When comparing the remake to the others though its clear none of the original 3 extra most bestest were made correctly. Don’t waste your money upgrading at this location…. they clearly don’t want to make them the right way. And I tipped even though I ordered online and picked up and they still did a crap job making my order. Almost every time I have an issue with my pizza when I order at this location.

This is what kind of pizza y’all allow to go out to your customers. Y’all need to have better standards than this. I understand if you screw up a pizza, put it aside and claim it as a loss. Why would you wanna send this out to your customers. Shame on Little Caesars for not keeping a standard to making pizza.

I ordered a pizza online and went to pick it up, I received a bent, messed up old pizza. So I call to get it remade and bring them back the other one. They thought they hung up and was audibly talking about me and how I messed my own pizza up and just wanted a free one (I was bringing the old one back) the manager that I talked to on the phone is the one saying all of this. On the phone I repeated my name three times and I mentioned I had an online order but she said on the phone when she thought she hung up *I don’t know this girls name so I’m gonna put girl for her so called messed up order name.* I get there and talk to the and the drive thru guy was saying “oh god” and was laughing. I never received an apology or anything instead they all laughed pretty much in my face.

Always fast and fresh and hot!! I can feed my whole family for around $12-$15. My kiddos love little caesars pizza and the Italian cheese bread! The drive trough line moves pretty fast most of the time. The employees are always kind and courteous. You can drive through or park and pick up inside. Convenient location.

I ordered a pizza and crazy bread from the knickerbocker location and found a rubber band baked into the pizza. I called the location the next day when they opened and spoke with an assistant to the manager to let them know of what happened, I was just told I would need to bring the remaining pizza in for a free pizza. I informed them that I have already thrown the pizza away nor do I want another one, I just wanted them to know of what happened so it does not happen in the future. The person I spoke with then told me in a ‘in a matter of fact’ tone that they couldn’t see how that happened since they did not have rubber bands back in the cooking area. Please be advised when ordering from this location.

Can’t say much about the atmosphere being this was a delivery from door dash .The pizza did get here in a timely manner and was yummy everything was great we had the cheesey stuffed pizza crust and it was at a way better price than Dominos Pizza,Pizza Hut,And Papa John’s there’s was not cooked long enough so tasted doughy still.And The Other Two Are Good But More Expensive.

The pizza was way over cooked but for 6 bucks ohhh well. The main reason for my rating was for the dipping sauces that they actually had this time, and I return home to find neither were any good they had a small opening in them making dry spots in them and spoiled them. I tend to go to them for a quick cheap meal for the family but will not be returning.

The only time you can definitely get a good pizza is when they’re “throwing it away” after closing. They give several pizzas away to their friends at the dumpster EVERY NIGHT and they’re fresh, not old. So if you want a good pizza just go wait there after closing.
