Placed a pick up order around 1:45 PM to be picked up BETWEEN 4:00 & 4:05 PM. Why do I get here at 4PM & they tell me it’s JUST going in the oven. Cashier says “oh the time is when they start to make it. ” WHICH IS FALSE. Waited an additional 15 min for pizza that was ordered ahead for a party. What in the WORLD. Smh

If your business offers delivery and charges an extra fee for the service, you must ensure that the food arrives complete to your customer. I paid $3.50 for delivery plus a $3.50 fee (I don’t know what kind of fee you’re charging) and I had to drive because you sent an incomplete order. You can’t simply say that the delivery is done by a third party when you also charge an additional fee for delivery.

“Little Caesars” now that’s a name I have not heard in a very long time. I think the last time I heard that name was in the presence of my old master, Obi-wan Kenobi. Great job Little Ceasar! We had a Fantastic four pizza (4 different type on each 4th of the pizza) We also got a supreme pizza. The pizza was really good. I was surpised and the fantastic four pizza almost the whole pizza got eaten on our way home. I am holding up both my lightsabers ignited brightly. I salute you. I will be back. Be ready for an Imperial Inspection…um…maybe just the Emperor himself…he is a pizza lover as well.

Food was ok. The stuff crust is thin. The customer service is bad. I called and placed a order for pickup and the guy I spoke to over the phone took my order and said ok and hang up. No see you soon or have a good day.

This place is so disrespectful they told me 45 minutes for my food I showed up the 45 minutes later they said they could not find my order. Then told me oh we found it I paid then made me wait 20 minutes then I asked about my order and they said oh your order was put in at the time I showed up and paid then said well the computer said that’s when the the order was put in you have to wait 45 minutes while my kids where at home thinking I was just going to pick up the food!! I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND OR ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN!!!

I just ordered 5 items on the website, 4 pizzas and breads ticks with crazy sauce. The driver delivered ONE PIZZA and said that was the only order. We showed the receipt, he said he would go back and get it. I called the store and the manager says they can’t do anything because it shows the order was completed and we would have to contact door dash. First of all, we didn’t use door dash, Little Caesars did. My receipt was emailed to me by Little Caesars so there is nobody to contact from Door Dash with a order because it was a direct order! This was handled horribly and we still don’t have our food. The store says all items were taken but the driver said there was only 1 item in the box for the code he used.

ROACH in my pizza! If I could give a negative amount of stars I would. I’m thoroughly disgusted by this franchise now. When I called and told the manager about the roach he basically told me it was impossible because they had just been treated for bugs. So I brought the pizza back and showed him the roach on top of pizza and he agreed it was a roach and refunded me my money. I called corporate to file a formal complaint and no one ever got back to me.
If you continue to eat here after seeing this, please inspect your food first.

Called in because I didn’t feel like cooking after Meet The Teacher night. I called in and ordered an ICB with Pepperoni and Sausage, a Regular ICB and a Pepperoni Pie (and I didn’t get sass for saying “pie” she knew what’s up). It’s that customer service that’s got me leaving this review, on top of them making our food fresh. Thanks a lot you guys!

Walked in to get a lunch special on a Saturday. Was informed they don’t sell lunch specials on Saturday by a very bored seeming employee. That’s fine, I then asked for an order of pizza bites. This employee looks around says they don’t have any made and it would take too long to make. I was willing to wait for them to be made but the impression given was that they weren’t interested in making them at all.
