*** WARNING*** Rancier location in Killeen, TX gave me a couple pizzas that had a thin sheet of cheese on top that happened to look dark red. The patches of cheese that were thick enough to see looked overheated/ old/ semi-burnt! I asked the cashier for another one and her response was, “That’s just how it is”, as she scoffed and shrugged her shoulders at me. Curious? I wonder why two of the four pizzas weren’t dark red with a translucent crispy glass sheet of cheese???? I told her and the other co-worker that the kid that needs to eat one of those dark wannabe appealing pizzas is picky, (actually autistic- which I did not feel I needed to say), will not eat it if it looks like that. She went to the back to talk to someone then came back with “another” pizza that looked exactly the same as the one I said was a problem to begin with. I didn’t take it of course. When she finally stopped trying to make me keep the peekaboo cheese pizzas she said, “Well, it’s going to take X amount of minutes for us to make another one”, says miss I hope to ruin your kids dinner, because I don’t want you to have a reasonably made, clearly not trying to ruin Little Caesars reputation, pizza. I agreed to wait. When I came back for the new pizza, it had light colored visible cheese. But wait! For the first time for me EVER, after years of being a paying customer, there’s some seemingly unintentional damage to a section of the pizza. Literally, carefully ripped crust on a couple slices. Thanks Google, for providing such convenient access to broadcast my experience! Compose email, copy, paste, to Corporate office, send. Corporate beware, this may potentially turn into a televised nightmare comparable to rat droppings, roaches, saliva, finger nails, hair, rodents, or something worse, showing up in customers food that dare have a request. Don’t ignore the warning signs! I hope everyone checks their food carefully. Revenge seeking people tend to escalate the way they retaliate. Be careful everyone!
If this ends up in the unimportant and non- threatening complaint pile, I really do hope that person can read people way better than I do! I’ve never received pizza with the crust ripped across the crust line as if you were a person that just doesn’t eat the crust. Those jagged tears aren’t made by the sharp edges of a pizza cutter, and the toppings within the crust are neat and perfectly in tact. What type of person fixes a customer problem by purposely giving them another problem? Furthermore, what type manager would allow that person to continue to have access to their customers?

I ordered online but when I went to go pick it up it was still not ready. I ordered pepperoni puffs they were black and burnt. Store was unorganized. If you are looking for a pizza place to eat at this is not the one.

I literally ordered 1 pizza through the app. It took 1 hour for me to finally get it. I wasnt sent an email saying to pick up which was what i was waiting for. Anyways when i get to the store the young black lady with glasses has a snarky attitude because i told her i waited an hour for my pizza. So she tells me its in the portal. Cool, i put my portal digits in and it doesnt work. She says in a snarky way to put the right digits in like its my fault somehow. Anyways, she goes behind the portal and says, “oh…blah blah blah”. Turns out the fault was on their end. My pizza was warm-cold, 1hr late, and I had to deal with an attitude just to get my pizza.

Very disappointed, I ordered the 5 meat pizza and 2 orders of stuffed crazy bread. The pizza crust was hard, as if it had been left in the oven too long and the stuffed crazy bread was under cooked, soggy, and greasy.

I will not be returning. First I ordered online and it was supposed to be ready at 12..it was not and it didn’t get done until 1. Then I get home and the pizza was supposed to be half bacon and mushrooms the other half sausage and onions. It was not they just threw everything together. Then the stuffed cheese bread was burned and all the cheese was burned and the seasoning was just shoved on it. I am disgusted.

It’s always a wait for someone to come to the counter, and when they do come up they are constantly rude with no customer service skills. The lunch combo I got had been overcooked and probably had been sitting for a while. Won’t use this location again and would rather drive across town
