Got 2 pizzas from the “Hot And Ready” shelf. Pizza felt like it was left in an office cubicle over night and sat under a hot lamp for a few hours. I’ve had tombstone pizza from the freezer with more bite and flavor. Next time just pay a little more for a pizza with none of the above.

I ordered 2 of the lg 1 topping pizza for 4.99 each special. One should have been bacon and the 2nd a peperoni was ordered as cheese but corrected at the store before they were cooked. As I was at the store while I ordered. The pizzas came out taken home and were cheese only. I called and returned. I offered to buy the cheese at a discount as they had been in my home as they should be discarded after being at my home. I was told I could buy them for full price. I declined. She said our remake was cooking and wait ten minutes. In the lobby my daughter noticed the employee taking my order tag off the pizza I returned and putting them back in the warming oven. Then she witnessed and recorded the employee hand them out to the next customer who ordered cheese pizza. When I got home I found that the pizza was again wrong I called 6 times was put on hold. And finally called and explained the remake still had wrong pizza. Even though twice I had said 1 bacon pepperoni. I spoke to a man who came on line. I then returned and was given a pepperoni pizza. The employee Austin explained he was sorry for the mistake but It was really our error because the pepperoni was not clicked on the order and even though the counter was told 4 times that the cheese should be a peperoni before they made them. I am so disgusted to know that pizza i took home and returned was given to someone else. Even more disgusted at the lack of customer service. Or offer to make it right. That what should have been a quick trip for dinner was 3 trips of gas, 6 phone calls that were put on hold without anyone answering and a whole lot of frustration! Never again. I buy pizza at this store once a week for my family. Not again!

I will never eat at another pizza place again. It’s the only one my kids will devour. I’ve had great experience with people always upbeat and if there was any long wait time or a problem they were not rude. And my favorite person there is a manager I think her name is wonda she always has a great attitude and always laughing with me and other customers. This is the best location I will never go anywhere else. Good job little ceaser

I went back in and spoke to the manager and he made it right and refunded the sauce so I’ve upped this reviews rating. He also told me they would do a remake if I ran into the same problem in the future. I got their lunch special. It was so dry it was like cheesy bread because there was little to no sauce involved. So I went back inside and pulled the cheese back and showed them there was like no sauce and they didn’t care. So the only option I had was to get charged almost $2 more for a lot more extra sauce than I needed. I get charging for extra sauce but only if I actually need extra sauce. I didn’t need extra sauce I just wanted some sauce on my pizza so I wasn’t choking on it. When I told the guy behind the counter they could count on a one-star review he said that sounds great.

We ordered ahead and then waited in line for a REALLY long time to get special ordered pizza that was dry and burnt. We have been little Caesars fans for many years but recently moved to Killeen. This is our 3rd time trying this location and it has been awful EVERY TIME! After feeding this pizza to my 5 little kids (under 10) and choking it down myself “to be a good example”, I saw a post on our neighborhood page showing nearly identical pictures and with cockroaches baked into the pizza from the same night. Gasp… I fed that to my innocent children! The neighbor talked about how they brought the pizza back in and the manager said it happens all the time and they can’t do anything about it because the facility is so old. AFTER BEING CONFRONTED ABOUT ROACHES… IN THE FOOD…THEY CONTINUED SELLING IT!!!

If I could rate 0 I would ! Ordered my food ( horn ready ) at 6 and said it was ready at 6:21. I’m still waiting for my food 40 minutes later. The girl in the front taking orders seems like she don’t have a clue in the world.
