I went there because the Little Caesar’s in MA & NH are quick so I expected the same. I ordered just a cheese bread I was craving and was told 15 min… okay fine. Come back in 15 minutes, get ignored in the front for 10 minutes, still not ready for another 10. So waited over half an hour. This is subjective but it also seemed overcooked compared to the norm. The only plus was the cashier was polite

As the ticket and photo show My stuff crust was not stuffed, called to see what can be done but since I ordered thru the little C app for delivery I’d have to go through a whole process and I had nephews to feed so they can go to bed for school. Unfortunate when I said to both the man who picked up the phone that it was delivery and the women after him that it was delivery they both proceeded to ask if I could drive back for a remake. If I could drive I wouldnt have had to do delivery. Unfortunately my nephew was excited for stuff crust but I cant keep them awake past bed time for a mistake the pizza people made

Horrible Horrible Horrible… Ordered 1 cheese pizza and an order of cheese puffs and was told it would be a 15 minute wait which took an hour and a half. We wasn’t acknowledged upon entering and had to ask several times about our order. And the cheese puffs were over cooked..

Hey, Mark over there is really cool about the situation I was in and was helpful. The food is always great there! but this time instead of getting it, we ordered online delivery and it takes at least an hour to get my food here and he past us to go somewhere else!

Clean, but the wait is long and the waiting space is crowded. Pickup was complicated because they couldn’t figure out where a couple of the orders were. They did fix it quickly and they were polite.

I have been going to this Little Caesars for years because it is on my way home from doing my shopping. We have generally been happy with the pizzas we got. They have been inconsistent with preparing the pies but nothing so bad that we complained. This time was an exception. I ordered half cheese and half mushroom with extra sauce. I got what you can see in the pix. The cheese did not cover the pie and it had so little sauce that it was bland. The mushrooms were stacked in one place rather than spread around. Worse pizza we have ever had anywhere. The second pie, an Old Fanceroni Pepperoni, we got was OK. I called that night to inform the manager but no one answered the phone even after several tries. My husband got the manager the next day who informed him to return the pie for a replacement. It would take 2 gallons of gas to make a special trip and I only go to town shopping every week or two. I would have no place to keep the pizza until then. Bad food-bad customer service!! This is the last time that we will ever spend our money at any Little Caesars pizza.

They forgot to cut my pizza but it was still exquisitely delightful. As I bit into it, I could smell the crisp air of Italy. As if I was standing on top of the Italian mountains. That’s how authentic it is. 10/10 the most authentic Italian restaurant I have ever had the pleasure of going to.
