Placed order on app to be made at a later time. Checked one pizza but not the other, pepperoni pretzel crust had no pepperoni or salt. The “Manager” who hangs up when you ask for their name, they could not solve a simple customer satisfaction issue. At the mercy of people in food service who make their own rules and gonna have to discontinue doing business with them going forward.
Update: Called and spoke with manager, it did not go well. The manager talks over the customers and believes you have to bring your pizza back (your dinner that you plan to eat) in order to have it remade. Well, that doesn’t compensate my time or gas, so still not satisfied with the inconvenience. They cannot problem solve with any critical thinking. This store does not believe in store credit or refunds. Told her I won’t give them my business and she’s fine with that, she says “we have enough money and customers”. You have no guarantee here. Taking my money and apologizing for it does not make it right.

Ordered my pizza ahead so it will be fresh. That is not what I got 5 minutes later it said pizza was already ready for pickup. Checked my pizzas and the bottom was burnt and looks like they just put 2 hot n readys in the warmer and called it a day. Every other little Ceasars I’ve been to always makes it fresh except this one. Quite lazy in my opinion. The pizza was stale and unedible.

Burned Cheese is all I tasted. I thought about asking for a different puff but the counter person was already agitated as I came up to the counter and didn’t check the holding ben. I didn’t see the small box in the warmer. It was just placed in the other side , not going to lie, it was difficult to get it out. I felt like I was going to burn my hand and arm. Never had this happen before but I usually get a full pizza. Today I just wanted a quick bite. Super disappointment for everything.

The food was cold never used to be from here. They always say their closing and it’s at least an hour before the actual close time . They are not very friendly and the line was I think I counted 8 people ahead of me that by the way their expressions and body language showed they’d been there a longer time than expected . I went home ordered online and found to be a waste of money. I tried something new with my usual order and it was over did I say over , cooked. I never got to see if I liked it .The store needs some work to get back to saying fresh and hot.

Instead of asking co-workers for help , and instead of asking a manager ( 3ft right behind her ) I was told my order for a Deep dish veggie with Italian sausage would be 18.99 before Tax. When I asked her why it was so high , the young lady said ” I cant add a topping to the veggie pizza so I have to charge you for every topping. Its beyond sad when someone waste your time , becasue they dont have any leadership skills or humility to ask for help ; thats what Managers are their to do .

Just awful. In every single way. Little Caesars that are fantastic so I’m specifically singling out this one the service attitude is terrible. I have never been treated by a pizza place like this … Ever. Maybe I’m just not up to the times and it’s cool to have an attitude with every customer that walks in but if this was my place or I was a manager here I would be absolutely horrified that these were my employees. And like I said I’m not just talking about the attitude I’m talking about the quality of the food. It’s all bad. Do yourself a favor and go across the street to Papa John’s you’ll pay a little more but you’ll be treated much better and have better food.

Legit went in for a stuffed pretzel pizza and got the wrong pizza the first time I come back after a 6 mile drive and they let me know it’s not available so I get the stuffed crust and barely got sauce but apparently that’s the normal for the pizza, the people working there definitely nice but that’s it
