We ordered two pizzas and an Italian cheese bread. The bread was good. But one pizza—a stuffed-crust pepperoni and mushroom—was completely uncut, a single solid piece. The other pizza, a thin crust, was cut in a traditional style, not how a thin crust is usually cut, and half of it was stuck to the box because the toppings were upside down between the box and the crust.
We ordered it online because it was a custom order and waited until we received the “ready for pickup” notification. When we got there, the employees were hanging out by the back door with no other customers present. When they gave me the order, they just shut the window and turned back to the register. By the time we got home, everyone was hungry and didn’t want to go back and wait another 30 minutes, so we just ate it. Not the best tasting or highest quality, especially for a $30+ order. I really wish this location was more consistent; you never know what you’re going to get

I order a stuffed crust pineapple pizza with jalapeños on one side and I get this there isn’t even cheese on half of it and most of the toppings on one side one side this is unacceptable I payed for a pizza and get this abomination do better at your jobs and actually make a pizza right it’s not that hard

Check your order before you leave! I picked up a HOT and ready on my way home (5ish min drive) and when we opened it, it was cold cold and hard. I don’t mind cold pizza, but not break your teeth pizza. Service was good minus workers sitting on the counter when I walked in. Will probably just order fresh next time.

Our hand tossed pizza were thinner than their thin pizzas. Toppings were just tossed on and in about 1/3 of the pizza. I’m a fairly regular LC pizza person but rarely in Stephenville so ⭐️ only for them!

I have had a mix of 1 star and 5 star experiences. Sometimes I walk in and I’m able to walkout with a pizza, other times I have to wait 30+ minutes. Sometimes they go above and beyond on service, other times not so much. Sometimes they mess up a basic order, other times it’s the wrong order. Every time I come here, it truly is a hit or miss. So I put them in the middle between 1 and 5 stars.

I was absolutely disgusted when I saw them reusing used pizza boxes. I couldn’t believe my eyes. I don’t care if they weren’t touched by anyone but the employees. I was totally blown away that they even had them. Throw that crap away. Don’t reuse pizza boxes…. Really Little Caesars???? And in front of people in the lobby??? Like wow
