NOBODY AT THIS LOCATION USES GLOVES WHILE HANDLING THE FOOD. The girl with the red hair is actually making the pizza & just throwing topping on pizzas with her bare hands!! When I asked the guy at the register if the Manager normally made them wear gloves, all he said was No ma’am. DISGUSTING!! ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!!

I ordered 3 pizzas and 3 cheese breads. One pizza was a thin crust extra sausage, half pepperoni.
The order was entered at 5:42pm. It took them 30 mins to complete the order. 30mins!
They tried to tell me the thin crust was taking all the time. I’ve ordered enough from LC to know the cheese breads would be the longest. They never put my thin crust in until I asked what was going on.
Food was cold. Thin crust was wrong. Cheese breads were overcooked and dry. Horrible experience!

The last 2 times I’ve come, the good is not Cooke sorely. Last time I ordered crazy bread. All of the bread was hollow. Like it was just air not bread in the middle. Today I order cheesy bread and it’s not fresh. I waited just for it to not be fresh. What’s going on at this location.

Got our pizza as shown in the pictures. Two complete different pizzas in our box. One on top of another slice and all different sizes. Called and told the guy the situation. Hands the phone e to the manager telling her I was yelling. Which I was not. I’m not 5. Manager was worse. She said go ahead and put the reviews online. Won’t do nothing for ya. She told me to come back but at this point was already on the freeway/ will return for another but hopefully deal with a whole different crew and manager/

I went in and no one was at the counter. She finally came and she did greet me. I placed my order and she said about 8 minutes so I waited about 10. Went back inside no one was at the counter. I know that heard that door beeping. So I waited a little bit and I peeked around the counter a lady standing there making a pizza looked up and said nothing. I said excuse my is a pizza for Sherry ready she said it was just getting ready to go in the oven I said ok. Went back to my car and a few minutes later the lady took my order brought me my food. I live about 7 minutes away. I got home the pizza was warm and the garlic bread was hard and wasn’t hot at all. What was all the waiting just to give me crappy Luke warm and hard food. You had 3 employees in seen just chilling in the back no trying to help customers. I know good and well they keep hearing that door open . This visit really was disappointing and upsetting. Just ordered 2 large pepperoni pizzas, got them home and opened the box. They are raw and doughy! I’m having to put them in my over to cook them the rest of the way!!! Do better!!!

There’s an employee (possibly the manger) there named Nevaeh with some customer service out of this world‼️ I was thinking to myself “my God this young lady is kind” and then my 6 year old takes the words right out of my mouth (don’t believe me ask her! ) With the world being where it’s at today it’s always a pleasure to run into kind & well mannered individuals like herself. I have never been to this location before. This location decided to skip placing any sauce on the pizza. I will not be back. This is the first of 3 local locations deciding to place no, or very little, sauce in the past few months. I have been a customer of different Little Caesar’s restaurants for over 30 years. This will stop me from coming back to any location.
