Staff needs re-training on deep dish assembly. No one wants a soggy middle and bare outer edge. The key to a good deep dish lies in the crispy, cheesy corners and edge. That’s why the pizza is square; so that every piece has a delicious, cheesy corner. Heaping all the toppings in the middle defeats the entire purpose of the pizza.
The deep dish PUFFS are always correct! Since it’s a newer item, the staff was likely recently trained in their assembly.
Update 3/10/25: I take back what I said about the puffs. Last round of puffs were extremely variable in size, toppings, and freshness. Italian cheesy bread was mostly just bread.

Thfood it’s like a food roulette you never know what your going to get. Also when you speak to a manager regarding your order and they are unprofessional and even with knowing your coming in to the store to “show them” the pizza”. They see you come in and they walk away making another employee stop to let them know your there for the refund!! To kick it up a notch they give you a refund but the refund is for less then what you paid for the pizza and taxes etc. they walk away mad that you came back and refunded and walk away. No apologies no I will talk to my workers etc.. I have ran a pizza place from short order fry cook to pizza cook and delivery if anything got sent out looking like any of the pizzas I recieved from this one location I would not be employeed any longer. What happened to the crew that was there when I first started ordering from here a year ago you need them back!!! Would love to talk to someone in corporate!

The pizza it’s great. The issue is there are no Hot N Ready pizzas. The waiting time was 45 mins. I place my order by phone and they told me 25 mins. When I arrived needed to wait an additional 15 to 20 mins. The place lost 3 customers within 20 mins that I was there waiting.

So I paid for a sauce to get butter and Parmesan to be added to the crust they said no it couldn’t happen I would have to pay for the crazy crust which is stuff crust pizza with butter and Parmesan. Pizza us always good but Please Please PUSH ALL THE WAY DOWN FIRMLY WHEN CUTTING THE PIZZA Almost every single time my pizza is not cut all the way through fully or partially. Just be firm and put your body weight into cutting that pizza Please. Again the pizza always tastes great Thanks

Tried with this multiple times ! Everytime it has been a disappointment! Whoever the lady is answering the phone always has an attitude! Terrible service! Horrible pizza! Makes matters worse she stated tbe manager was close by while she was screaming at me for asking a question ! Says alot

Placed an order online for delivery at 8:17. Checked the box for “Hand it to me,” and left a delivery note asking if they had change for a $20 bill so I could give a cash tip to their driver.
Received a text message at 8:25 that said they’d be using Door Dash instead to deliver my order. Clicked on the tracking link, it’s set up as a No Contact delivery (the opposite of what I selected) and due to be delivered at 9:07.
ETA kept changing within the tracking link, driver was driving all over the place, didn’t receive pizza until 9:32. No knock, just a text saying it was in front of my door. Can’t tip anybody now.
Food was no longer hot, just a little warmer than room temp. Crazy Bread was white and doughy and barely had any Parmesan, just slathered with butter and way undercooked. Also, they forgot my garlic butter dip. Pizza was pretty good, so not a total waste I guess.

I wish I could say better things about this place. I’m hoping it gets better. I ordered a pretzel crust pizza but it was regular crust with salt. If you haven’t had their REAL pretzel crust, it is delicious. I’m going to try the place in Lewisville to see if they make the REAL pretzel crust. I did get it one in Denton but twice after that was a no go.
