Bought kids pizza because me and my husband were going out to a food festival in Dallas. We get a call from the kids saying there was hair in their pizza. Call them to let them know and they’re worried about bringing it back to get a refund like I’m gonna hold onto Pizza and people have nothing else going on is ridiculous. just letting everybody know to be aware because this hair wasn’t sitting on top or at the bottom it was baked into the crust. My son couldn’t even pull it out. I would give 0 stars if I could

I got the crazy puffs, marinara sauce, and get some Buffalo wings. I should’ve ordered online because it was a longer wait in store. The crazy puffs were great and fresh and the Buffalo wings were the worst. The sauce didn’t taste like Buffalo at all and was very watery. I got Buffalo ranch to mask the taste but I won’t be getting them again.

Customer service was great at this location. Friendly and fast for sure! I definitely appreciate the hot n ready option. Walked in with a need for a last minute celebration for my grandson and they had 6 ready to go, I bought em all! Place was clean and even when we walked in initially they were not standing around on their phones they were cleaning! The amount of businesses that you can walk into and people have their heads in their phones with zero acknowledgment of your presence or holding personal conversations with coworkers like you’re not there. It’s not just food spots either. It was nice to see they respect their positions. Also, their hot n ready was delicious! No cutting corners on quality. I’ve been thru some other locations and disappointed by the quality. Not all locations are alike because the people make the difference.

If you going around 4:30-5:00pm it can get very busy. The wait is worth it. The staff were professional and nice. I ordered the feast meat lover, a pepperoni and hot wings. I had a to add something extra to my order. It was done with no problems. I thank the staff for going the extra mile so I can have a wonderful experience. Oh I forgot to mention, there were other customers getting help to their cars with their big orders. I thought that was very nice as well. Bravo Excellent Customer Service

They won’t give you corporate’s number when asked! They won’t give you the manager’s number all they will tell you is look it up! BUT THEY WERE QUICK TO TAKE MY MONEY AND NOT GIVE ME MY FOOD! Friendly staff greeted me in a timely manner, despite how busy they were on a Friday night, nonetheless. They had genuine, heartfelt smiles, kind words, updated me on my order almost immediately upon entering, invited me to come back. This is the kindness that’s lacking so many places these days. Bad service. Waited 30 min for a ‘hot n ready’ well they never did ring up. The woman who i spoke to was rude & never apologized or admitted wrong doing. The bread sticks were not good and the pizza was old. It was at least a 30mim old pizza lol

Absolutely love this location the girls here at night were so kind and even brought it out to me! I’m sure they dont get enough credit considering some people come to leave a bad experience but I’ve been here alot and they always make it fresh or have it fresh and just set out. Highly recommend and such kind service
