Very busy store. Ordered online to pay cash in store. Waited patiently about 30min more than what app said but once I pulled up and saw how busy they were, it’s definitely understandable. I do suggest better customer service as far as greeting customers when they walk in and ensuring everyone is taken care of instead of taking an order then rushing away for 10min this is what create a hostile atmosphere. Other than that my pizza was fresh and good.

The guy making and handling the food has seriously major dandruff or psoriasis on his scalp with a large amount of flakes on his shirt. These flakes are getting all over the place, too. Including the food he is handling as they’re falling off his scalp and/ or clothing. This is a major health code violation. This man needs to be 1) wearing a hat or hair net at all times and 2) be required to have be hygienic while working. There is many over the counter option to treat these issues.
I would prefer not to eat the flakes with my food, and the probability of someone who does eat the flakes that have contained their order could get sick from the many opportunistic bacteria that live on human skin. Trust me, you do not want to having people getting sick with Staphylococcus aureus via consumption of your food products, and neither do the people.

As my children and I waited patiently in the lobby for several minutes, an employee emerged and asked if we were there for a pickup order. I replied that I would like to place an order instead, and she informed me that I would have to wait, citing their current busy state. I was surprised by her response. She then attended to another customer who was waiting for a pickup order, proceeding to the back to retrieve his order. After handing him his order, I asked if it would be more convenient to place my order online, and she nodded in agreement. However, I noted that this would not be suitable for a hot and ready order, as I had not been given the chance to place my order. I expressed my disappointment in her unprofessional behavior and informed her that I would be taking my business elsewhere, given their apparent busy state.

Young lady working 12/10/25 had lights turned off making it appear the location was closed at 9 30pm (30 minutes before actual close). The app had also been disabled and online orders were not being accepted.

Hit circle -or square- of garbage. Cardboard. No cheese. No sauce. Like eating a shoe. Tried variety of pizza here but everything is abysmal. If you gave me a piping hot LC pizza, I would consider it a lie bc they are never hot.

Came in to order and it was a little busy was told it would be a 45 minute wait by an old lady working in the store… I go to wait in my car with my children & SHES OUTSIDE SMOKING thats absurd… To have a long wait is fine but to be outside smoking when could’ve been making my order… Never coming back here. plus she didn’t wash her hands GROSS!!!!!!

This store claims that little Caesar’s hasn’t had crushed red pepper or Parmesan cheese for years. I door dash and literally just about every other location I visit does. This especially irks me because this is the location in my neighborhood. Come on, what pizza place cheats customers on that?! DO BETTER. Customers are already getting screwed every which way.

Third time to order on line. Did not get what I ordered. Pizza was cold and old. The crust was one and a half inches, with 0 flavor. No pepperoni, this is the third time I have given them a chance. The Italian cheesebread had to come out of the take it hot box. After several attempts to speak with a manager, a clerk refunded our money. Extremely disappointed after Thanksgiving wanting a break from leftovers. * The thing is, in Keller, my order was fresh, hot, bubbly! I don’t understand how it could be so bad, EVERYTIME! Simply put, an insult to humanity!

I only order the pepperoni crazy puffs from different locations. The location on 1241 Little rd, is the worst Little Ceasers I have ever purchased from. And I have given them 3 chances to prove me wrong and they failed each time. The puffs come warped and folded. They put too much dough because it has a roll of bread over the top. Lastly, they do not taste good. The biggest issue is, they look at it after preparing them and think to themselves, this is good. SMH. I will never go back to this Little Ceasers again. Wish I could give them a zero rating. They are terrible.

lady was rude, they close at 10 and why cant they make pizzas 30 minutes before they close? I also called 33 minutes before they closed and I was still denied a custom pizza. I asked what hot and ready pies they had on hand, I was told to walk into the store. Upset. Going to the one off cooper.
