Tried to call in a pick up order for the five dollar deal and I was told that you can’t just walk in and get any deals at this location. She said that the register didn’t have the buttons to be able to ring up any deals that it has to be through the app me and my coworkers all wanted to pay cash. I called another location and they said yes they will let me order on the phone and pay in store. I called back this location and the woman gave me the runaround that they’re under a different franchise. It makes no sense for a customer not to be able to walk into the store and purchase whatever they want. this wasted my time and I had to drive further to the other location
I will be going to 2977 pipeline location for now on thank you to the manager, Noah and the crew. They were very helpful and turned the bad situation into a positive.

This place is great. I always order online and go pick it up when I get a notification that it’s ready. Never have to wait in line. Just go up to the order dispenser. Enter the code provided in the email notification and off I go. So far none of my orders have been messed up and the pizza cooked perfectly. Best Little Caesars I’ve ever used.

Really Little Caesars…….hot and ready I guess doesn’t exist anymore…..walk in at 6 pm 3 ppl working. No pizzas ready… 6 ppl waiting and 20 min wait. Fine… Ok ..get home didn’t even bother to cut the pizzas! Smdh. One job guys one job!

Haven’t had any issue with the quality of their food. It’s what you expect from Little Caesars. However the business hours have been inconsistent. Both website and at the store show store to be open at 10:30am, but that is hit and miss. Half of the time no one is there until 11am. Buyer beware. Please update your hours.

I’m typically pretty satisfied with my orders at this location. This particular night the service was extremely slow. 8 people standing around waiting for their orders. I waited 45 minutes for my food to be ready and when it was finally ready for me to pickup everything was cold to the touch. Wouldn’t have had a problem waiting if I knew my food was at least fresh but this tells me it was sitting around getting cold. Very unhappy, I will drive the extra mile to Domino’s next time.

Absolute worst experience at this location. Placed an online order at 7pm. Got to the restaurant at 7:30(when order should have been done) it wasn’t ready. They had one cook and one cashier and no pizza ready at all. I waited 10 more minutes and nothing. So I got a refund and walked out. They are not following their motto “hot and ready pizza” I would NEVER come back here.

I wish they would go back to the crazy bread that was nearly undercooked, flat, and absolutely covered in cheese and salt.
The online order took nearly an hour to fill. A cheese pizza and a cheese bread with a sauce cup. That’s all. The pizza was fresh but the cheese bread was cold and hard. They forgot to brush the butter on the cheese bread. Please close this location and open one that wants to be in business.

First time doing portal pickup from this location and it’ll definitely be my last. ordered a stuffed crust with regular sauce, half cheese and half pep. It did in fact NOT come with any sauce on it and was also not cooked completely. As a service industry worker myself I find this just complete laziness and whatever manager is on shift should definitely be questioned on their idea of quality food or service. They weren’t busy, with one person waiting, so there should be no reason for such a SIMPLE pizza to be completely doughy and un edible. complete waste of money.
