Just got my order and it’s all wrong. Wrong sauces, crazy puffs are overdone, sodas were not with the order. Spoke to the manager Teresa on the phone and she was rude and not at all helpful. Told us we can drive up there and get the right stuff if we want it because they are too busy. It’s their fault so in my opinion they should deliver it. Won’t be back. Useless employees.

We ordered Parmesan wings and got wings that were dipped in spicy sauce then Parmesan garlic sauce. They were all dark like burnt and I saw when I got home. They will not refund unless I take back all the wings. So stupid. I have 5 kids that are waiting for dinner they couldn’t eat and I’m not wasting gas either. They said they would call back and never did. Terrible customer service and messed up food. If I wanted spicy wings I would’ve ordered buffalo sauce wings. You can even see a thin line of red on this chicken. My husbands stomach messed up so bad sadly. Just upset.

I LOVE Little Caesars, but after what I ate from this location tonight, no thank you. I’d rather look for another location farther from my house than buy another pizza from here. Like a previous review stated, the crust was too hard and cold. Will not return, do not recommend.
UPDATE: I have returned to this location and it has definitely changed. My order is always hot and fresh and my custom orders are perfect. I appreciate that they have delivery now and the pizza portal is a great addition. Way to go Little Caesars!!

Horrible customer service. Someone stole our pizza by reading the sticker on the box. They remade our pizza but were not very helpful. Either check IDs or force people to use the QR codes.

Ordered for delivery, half of order was missing. I was told to come pick it up, no apology given, I asked for a discount or some sort of compensation none was given manager would not even come out to speak to me. Bad service and food was cold.

Its burnt, and it’s not what we ordered.it was supposed to be half pineapple and half jalapeno. Manager told us we could bring it back to correct the order but we have been out all day working and didn’t feel like going back out. it should have been correct the first time especially when the counter person said the order correctly. what a disappointment.

I went in about an hour ago (6pm) and ordered a regular pepperoni pizza and then a special cheese with easy sauce with extra cheese. I ended up bringing home an old pepperoni pizza and a old burnt regular pizza. Paid $15.36 cashier said it would be 15 minutes and we went outside. She literally came out 5 minutes later and said it’s ready. I didn’t check before I left it’s traffic time near John Jones in Burleson and wanted to get home asap. I’m very disappointed and I know I might only be one customer but I will not go back into that location.

My pizza was messed up and looked like it been sitting for awhile. Staff members didnt help me and when I asked for a manager (pregnant woman) she sounded rude like she did not want to or cared to help me. They will not remake my pizza i will not be coming back here.

It appears that they are selling original pizzas as Xtra Most Bestest. The pizza itself was tasty and fresh, we just felt cheated by it not being what it should be. And when asked, the worker said it was just the difference between advertising and what you actually get.*See Picture* #littleceasars
