STOP EATING HERE !!!!!! I went today and saw a kid wash his hands then dry them off on his dirty clothes. When the manager was advised that he needed to wash his hands again and properly dry them before handling food, she seemed afraid to ask the young man to wash his hands. Texas Food Establishment Rules (TFER) §228.65(a)(5): Specifically addresses preventing contamination from hands, requiring washing before engaging in food preparation, including working with exposed food, clean equipment, and unwrapped single-service articles.
Bare-Hand Contact Prohibitions: Ready-to-eat foods cannot be handled with bare hands unless strict, pre-approved alternative procedures are in place. Not cleaning hands while handling food in a Texas restaurant violates the Texas Health and Safety Code, Chapter 438.034 (Employee Cleanliness), which requires food employees to keep hands clean and wash them frequently to avoid contamination. It also breaches the Texas Food Establishment Rules (TFER) §228.65 regarding proper handwashing and preventing bare-hand contact with ready-to-eat foods. I will be reporting this establishment to Little Caesars Corporate as well as the Texas Department of State Service (DSHS)

I was very excited to order the pretzel crust pizza… my absolute favorite… and saw it was online. We decided to drive and do a pickup because it was cheaper, however we discovered that it was only available online. I tried to go ahead and order it online but it was too close to close and wouldnt let me. I believe it was 9:30pm. The very sweet young woman said she didnt have the button available to order the pretzel crust but agreed to ring it up as another pizza and go ahead and make the pretzel crust. It was the most amazing sweet thing to do! Not only was the service fantastic and thoughtful…. but the pizza was delicious! And the music during our visit was fire!

Whatever y’all doing keep doing it. This by far to me the best lil Caesars. Pizza fresh always. Out when they say it will be. Always greet customers when you walk in. I don’t have a complaint. But a suggestion. That fantastic four need to be a regular pizza. Absolutely fantastic!!

The reason I am giving them 3 stars. Because when you call to make a order over the phone, they don’t even know how to answer the phone. I called and they just said Hello, I asked is this Little Caesars? She said who? And then I asked again they said yes. I then I asked about a call in order she said what?
So my problem is that what company doesn’t tell there employees to answer the phone like, Hi or thank you for calling little Caesars, how can I help or take your order!. You do have a dedicated line for call on orders. So don’t just pick up and say Hi!.
I ended using the App because I wasn’t going to order and they didn’t care enough to talk to customers right. I think the App and box pick ups mess this customer service up for your employees. They don’t get to interact with them. As still like my food from there , but please teach the crew how to answer the phones and give good customer service. That’s all we want as patrons. Thank you. I will add to this review when I get my pizzas from them.

Omgggggg! This was the best pizza I’ve had since being here in Texas(9 months).
Whoever is making the pizzas on Saturday evenings is the BOMB. The right amount of toppings, the right amount of cheese.! Soooo good! My wings were saucy as well! A1 service and food! I had to take a picture of this masterpiece! Thank you

Love Little Caesars, always good! No matter how much I modify my order they still have it out to me in less than ten minutes. Reasonably priced, good service and good food. Highly recommend asking for extra sauce (It’s the star of the pizza).

Went in to order pizza a little before 9:30pm. The first thing the lady says is they are only doing pepperoni, not even hello. Couldn’t get stuffed crust. Okay I guess I order 2. So I asked if it was because they were out of toppings or why else that was the case. She says no they just don’t do anything but pepperoni after 9:30pm. I looked this place up before going, no where does it state this online. It is also not posted on the door. And my receipt is time stamped for 9:30pm. So it seems like they cleaned everything up early and didn’t want to inconvenience themselves by doing their job. All the chairs were stacked, whole place was clean. They simply decided they were done and so is everyone else too.

I don’t think what I got is worth calling pizza. I ordered extramostbestest cheese pizza and crazy bread. There was the thinnest layer of cheese AND sauce, felt like I was just eating bread. This pizza was supposed to be extra cheese, by the way. The crazy bread was nothing to write home about, either. This may be the best place for value, but it doesn’t taste good at all. I’d rather pitch in a little more and order at another pizza place.
