Very bad service at all. The lady who is working there is very rude. My wife made an order online and I showed the lady the receipt and the order but she said it was not there and she ignored me even I tried to explain everything was correct. Later on she found the order on the system and even she didn’t apologise. She screamed at me and ignored me. The pizza was not good and I have noticed that they are making a pizza without wearing gloves. She put all stuff on the pizza with dirty hands. Never came back again.

I always enjoyed going to this place but today was a disappointment we paid extra for cheese crust and mushrooms with green peppers. Looked like they just over exaggerated and tossed mushrooms they found and green peppers and reheat a pizza they had already our pizza was gross. My daughter found a hair cooked in her bread that’s gross, ended up tossing it out that was money out the window rather pay extra and go to pizza hut. Had to reheat half of the pizza in my oven just not worth it.

I was there on 7/22. An employee handed me a few parmesan packets prior to getting my pizza. She answered a call taking an order so I stood at the side of the register. Another man walked in behind me and went straight to the front of the register. When the employee got off the phone, she ignored me and began taking the other person’s order. They fumbled through explanations of pizzas and even had to correct the order three times while I stood there waiting to be acknowledged and my food just got colder by the minute. After about 7 minutes she finally looked at me and I asked for a few extra parmesan packets and napkins. She handed me the parmesan and then began to hand me red pepper. I reiterated I asked for napkins and she said they did not have any. Now having waited almost 10 minutes for the employee to fumble through an order allowing my food to get cold, I finally got to leave with half of what I stood there waiting for.

Thank you little caesars Bowen location for allowing my food to get cold. Are the employees not trained to acknowledge the first person to the counter? Is it overlooked to have some decent customer service? I could’ve been out within a minute had the employee addressed me as being first to the counter. It’s already bad enough that the parking at this location is meant for compact cars and mopeds. After navigating that mess I got to drive 15 – 20 minutes to my home allowing roughly 30 minutes before I could actually eat. It also feels like customers are truly appreciated when the edge crust keeps getting larger while the sauce, cheese and toppings all move closer to the center of the pizza. There’s nothing like paying higher prices for less food.

This location needs to have the employees retrained and the management needs to do better ordering supplies. No napkins, limited parmesan and every time I come here they have sold out of one type of dough or crust. The customers are forced to buy a higher priced pizza or go elsewhere. Makes me wonder if that is by accident or a shameless marketing strategy?

WORST customer service EVER! We ordered the viral “crazy puffs” from this location via DoorDash. When we received our order, there were multiple puffs MISSING out of each bag!

We tried to contact the store to find out how many puffs were in the bag initially and how they were supposed to be packaged.

The first person we spoke with passed the phone off to the incompetent manager who refused to answer our questions.

She was so rude, condescending, and showed NO EMPATHY! In fact, she stated that DoorDash orders are out of their control and they couldn’t do anything about it. She even lied and said they don’t receive the money, it goes to DoorDash!

It’s absolutely absurd that they put our puffs in a breadstick bag with absolutely no seals and then refused to assist us with the issue.

After watching several videos, we confirmed they are supposed to come in a box that specifically says “crazy puffs”.

The staff and manager need training ASAP. We will not support this establishment again!!!!

the owner or manager was yelling at the workers, while customers were in the store. very uncomfortable not only for the associates but customers aswell. they were so stressed and by looks on their faces they were used to this type of behavior from him. honestly this type of treat . the fact that they hire the mentally Handi-capable people.but this treatment is not worth me saving a few bucks..

I ordered a delivery order September 7th or 8th my order was correct but my food was cold the driver was late and it kept changing the ETA I spent about 22 bucks and so I called support to get a refund they said ok we will give you partial refund wait 10 days so I waited didnt get no refund so i call them back they said wait 3 days I waited still no refund I called again but this time I wanted to talk to a supervisor she had to call me back and wn she did she applied that I wait 3 days and said that I can get the whole refund for being so patient so I waited again and until this day I still haven’t received any refund. I will never or for a long time order from little caesar’s

I went into Little Ceasers on Bowen Rd. to purchase dinner. I noticed a gentleman sitting in his car outside the store. That gentleman went inside, into the back & immediately placed breadsticks in the oven, then proceeded to make a pizza. He never washed his hands! When he came back to the front of the store, I pulled him to the side and said “hey I noticed you walked in and immediately started working but never washed your hands” he then very loudly said no I didnt but I used hand sanitizer did you see that? I said I meant no disrespect, just letting him know he should set an example since he seemed to be the owner. He didn’t have anything further to say, walked back, and started working on something else.

Best pizza!!! Wow all I got to say is the saying is no gimmick! This Piztha(how my papi says it) was hot and ready!!! Felt like I was at a 5 star restaurant. Fine dine 😉 lemme describe the taste I bite into it ooooo yummy the oozing cheese wit dah yummy sauce ((to die for)would use on anything slap it on some macaroni u got the za) pizza that is. Anyways 10:/10 rude people tho
