Little Caesars is what it is, cheap and convenient. Their pizza is ok, but the employees at this location are rude. I work close by so occasionally place an online order (because they no longer have “Hot-n-Ready” pizzas). Once I asked for napkins and the girl literally rolled her eyes, pulled out a stack and handed them to me without uttering a single word to me. Another time I had ordered a drink with my pizza and a different girl argued with me and said I didn’t, after showing her the receipt she pointed and said “just take one”. I once asked if they had garlic butter. The girl only told me the price. She punched it into the computer, held her hand out for the money, then gave me the package without any other word.
This store gives the impression that customers are an interruption and need to get their stuff and go.
Maybe I’m old school, but if it weren’t for the customers, how would the business survive?
We should be treated like we are needed, because we are. I would go more often because of the convenience and low price, but I always feel like my business is an unwanted interruption.

Very Disappointed!
When I first walked in, it smelled like a nail salon inside as if someone did their nails inside the facility. Ordered 4 pizza. Not caring too much about the time. When I received the pizza, 3 out of the 4 pizza were deformed and ruined. I asked if they can remake, they said they could but all their pizzas look like that. I eaten little caesars for a long time and never experienced this.
I just got a refund for all the pizzas I ordered and went to a different little caesars that was in midlothian.

Stood in line waiting just to get up to the counter n the girl tells me they don’t take $100 bills! I’m so frustrated with this place. Will be a LONG time before I waist my time n go back there. I’ll make sure I have pennies the next time for payment! Put a sign up or something stating u only accept certain TYPES of currency.

They took over thirty minutes to try to make my order, only for them to tell me they forgot one of my pizzas and it’s be ANOTHER 15 minutes. I asked to speak to the manager and she acted like she couldn’t care less about what happened, didn’t offer an apology or refund!

went there they say they close at 11.. well i get there around 9:45 and i see a girl open the door and see me coming and immediately close it and lock it ! i’m like cool so i go up there to make sure i didn’t get the hours wrong it clearly said open till 11 so try opening the door then they just stare at me one girl comes and opens the door and says sorry we are only doing mobile orders only due to being short staffed. well there was at least 5 workers in the building idk if they just wanted to go home but after getting off my second job at night time i just wanted some damn pizza that was hot and ready! moral of the story i got taco bell and ill never try to go here again

Your service is horrible and from the ratings, it has been for awhile. We ordered at 8pm, food still isn’t delivered and it’s 9:53pm. We never place an order here again !!!! And the driver didn’t want to drive in the rain. Then probably shouldn’t be a delivery person !!!

Feel like this whole franchise just doesn’t even try anymore. First there are rude employees, no customer service at all. You can stand there for 5 minutes and not even get a “what do you want” they just look at you and turn away. Not just this location either.
