Everyone knows their pizza and their prices, but this location have the nicest employees, I’m eating here regularly and I enjoy their service every time, especially I would like to name Esther, she is such a nice and humble lady, she is the best!

We had ordered two pizzas at least thirty minutes in advance, including a plain cheese. However, when we had arrived to pick it up, the order had not even been started yet, and by the time we received the pizzas, both were topped incorrectly. The employees were rather rude when we requested a replacement or refund. We ended up taking the original order anyways, but the customer service here needs serious work if we’re ever to come back.

Service was horrible! I asked for a regular pepperoni pizza & crazy bread . The rude girl said my total was as $13 ! I said why is it so much , the pizza only $6 she said there was a wait on the pizza , I said you never mentioned that! She said that I didn’t ask for a “classic” pepperoni so she gave me the $8 pizza ! She was rude af, people need to teach their kids respect!

I’d put 0 stars if it were an option! I ordered online and You get what you pay for and what I mean by that you get a cold uncooked pizza by a bunch of disrespectful kids. I was told if I wanted a better pizza I should’ve ordered from Pizza Hut and that’s exactly what I’m going to do next time! This location is a joke and the parking is ridiculous trying to get in and get out of! The little ceasers in Henderson has a nicer staff & better parking accommodations. Stay away from this specific location!

Went in there for only a pepperoni pizza and crazy bread, was told pizza wasn’t ready and I had to wait 6 mins i didn’t mind. But people kept coming in, had no online orders, they ordered at the store, and they got their orders literally right away but had me waiting ? They told me I had to wait although they gave the people after me their food right away. Don’t understand why they simply couldn’t give me pizzas that were already ready.

Just bought some very cold and old cheesy breadsticks from this place. They are sending their own prices outside with the mandate of Little Caesars corporate. I just paid $7.50 for cheesy bread the lady at the counter was very rude. I will be calling the main Little Caesars corporate office for my home city of Detroit. To the owner of this franchise whos reading this you cannot charge whatever you think that you should you have a set mandate that Little Caesars requires you to set anything outside that is grounds for Little Caesars to pull your franchise. In your mandate that you signed when you became a franchisee was you had to hear about all the policies and procedures of Little Caesars Pizza as stated in the information packet that you sign when you got the store you are not allowed to set your own prices at Little Caesars as mandated in the policy that you signed as a franchise you cannot change the prices because you feel that you should change them for them our president mr. Scott has been informed that it didn’t send him all the information EB maybe your franchise needs to be pulled. Maybe I’m somebody special at Little Caesars y’all take care

Rude customers!!!!!! I ordered all of my food fresh and they gave me old stale crazy bread and when I asked to swap it it was a problem!!! Not to mention I have worked for the company and they do not know how to properly prepare food!!!!
