The pizza is always dry no matter if you pay extra for the “bestest” its dry ive been to alot of little ceasers this one in nacogdoches is the worst the pizzas are flat and dry.

Poor service! Ordered $75 worth of pizza and arrived 20 minutes after the pick up time and my daughter was told the girl couldn’t give it to her because it expired! And she would have to remake the order , i went in and had to give her my phone to be able to get the order re making!Like what? I could see if it had been an hour or more but I’ve been here hundreds of times and it’s always been 15-30 minutes after ready time and never experienced this! No more little Caesars for my family

Update: I used the app to order food from here last night. I was certain to pick this Nacogdoches store. The app sent the order to a location in Houston that I had placed an order to over 3 months ago. When I arrived, there was no order for me and I was told I would have to contact the Houston store for a refund and pay again for my order. I spent the entire time they were remaking it, on hold with the Houston store with no answer. On my second call back in told the computer I needed to place an order, someone finally answered, but when I told him I needed a refund, he just hung up on me. I have since been told conflicting stories that they could have remade it without charging me (this store) and that only a regional manager can authorize a refund (corporate). I now have 2 hours invested in hold time between the two stores and corporate, but no one will process a refund or let me speak with anyone who can. order #1403537 Once they have your money, you are screwed.

3 Things: The parking lott is a ridiculously tight squeeze & extremely inconvenient. The pizza crust is just plain white bread, which is a huge disappointment. (Dominos Pizza crust for example is mouth watering amazing- take notes!) & As for the cashier name Krislyn, put a cape on her because she is SUPER RUDE!!! (She took our order on 2/28/2020, Friday evening about 7pm’ish) Other than that, the prices are good & the pizza itself tastes good, (minus the crust.) And why do yall not carry Dr Pepper nor Coca Cola?? One last thing: I absolutely LOVE how you can customize your own pizza online- because I like a little bit of cheese and a whole lot of extra sauce!!!

Went in there for only a pepperoni pizza and crazy bread, was told pizza wasn’t ready and I had to wait 6 mins i didn’t mind. But people kept coming in, had no online orders, they ordered at the store, and they got their orders literally right away but had me waiting ? They told me I had to wait although they gave the people after me their food right away. Don’t understand why they simply couldn’t give me pizzas that were already ready.

Every time I come here I gotta check my food to see if it’s right. Ordered a two thin crust pizzas today. got there put the code in the machine. Food wasn’t even in there. Ask the lady for it she pulled it out from the back not the machine. and The one time I forgot to check before I left. Got home and it’s two regular 6 dollar pizza that look like they were sitting there for a while. Paid extra for the thin crust. This hasn’t been the first time this has happen to me too. Such a shame
