Was told a time frame, wasn’t ready till over 30 minutes after. When I spoke to the cashier about what I was told I was told “Oh that’s there problem making the food.” No ma’am. You told me a time frame. Gave you some wiggle room even. I know how it can be in food service, but you don’t tell a customer that. Short a bread stick with no sauce I paid for. I hate to do reviews, but this really got to me. Other folks in the waiting area were not happy either when they heard the cashier tell me that.

It was not good I waited over 20 minutes on pizza then employee took pizza outside looking for car to deliver when I’m standing right there she brought back in and put in holder I asked bout pizza she told me just wait then I got another employee to check for pizza she handed to me I got home ate pizza now been sick for 2 days the employee that took pizza outside didn’t even wash hands when returning with food

The service here is great! This is a super busy location, so more often than not, I have to wait. But the employees are really nice, and always try to get my order out as fast as possible. As such, the food is always fresh. So having to wait 10/15 minutes isn’t a huge deal. The employees are doing a great job at making customers want to come back!

The guys at this location near Walmart in Lufkin, were on point. There was a short delay in getting our order due to high customer volume. I was told up front about it and given the option to wait and they would bring it out, which they did. I forgot to ask for an extra marinara sauce and when I went in to buy it and the young man told me it was comped for the wait. I really appreciated that and the wait really wasn’t too long. Great job guys!

Went to 2 other pizza places was not happy with the service because of lack of service or out of product. The manager was nice took our order tried to help us get the best price through online service there wasn’t one. You didn’t need it total was $17. The food was good my hubby doesn’t care for pizza sauce but liked theirs all around win win for us.

Waited 30 minutes so I expected a hot fresh pizza right?? Wrong my pizza was barely warm and tasted as if it was reheated in a microwave then handed to me.. really disappointed it’s usually always good from this location.. not tonight.

HOWEVER today we came about an hour before they close (ik a little late but i had worked and just need something easy) so we went through the drive thru and order “the crazy cheese bread or whatever and a hot and ready” the boy at the window told us our total and when we asked if he wants us to pull around he was a little rude but it was late. then we saw our order on the counter and it was not the right bread( we wanted the crazy bread that comes in the box and this bread was in the bag) so before they brought it out to the car my fiance went in to ask them if it was ours and to tell them that they had mistakenly made the wrong bread. they proceeded to argue with us about that this bread was basically the same and how they weren’t gonna make us THE BREAD WE ORDERED. i haven’t had any other problems with the store before this and wouldn’t have made a big deal if they hadn’t had argued then denied us the food all because they didn’t want to and were too lazy. and when the pizza was brought out to us it was cold.

Horrible. I call to put in an order and expect to get what I ordered, a Three meat- add mushrooms. Pay for it, get home, and there’s no mushrooms. What’s the point of going here, just to get the wrong order. I don’t have the time or gas to go back, seeing how I live in Diboll. It’s inconsiderate and this place is over-charging the customer. So never again will I be ordering from this place. But if you like over-paying, go here. You want a good pizza, go to Pelican Pointe.
