I would like to say this is probably their best location. My order is always ready on time and fresh. I placed an order today and was greeted upon entry and even offered napkins. The Gentry location could learn a thing or two from this one.

Horrible. My pizza was supposed to be a large 2 topping pizza w extra sauce. It’s seems like they took an already made Pepperoni pizza and put bacon on it and put it thru oven again. It was so crunchy and nasty. Pizza even had many dry spots on it, so it was like eating crackers with cheese and burnt ingredients on it. I tried to call Store 2x but was hung up on before I could speak to anyone concerning my pizza. I’d like my pizza remade. This is the 1st time I used this location, and I’ve never experienced this with Little Caesars. Very disappointed

I would rate this a zero I ordered a pizza today July 3rd 2023 from this location on front and beckham. Once I got home to eat the pizza there was a fly literally cooked into the pizza. We looked at the pizza and noticed there was a black spot and look very close it was a fly which had been baked into the pepperoni and cheese. This is sooooo disgusting I will never eat here again.

Ordered online. Went and picked it up. Got back to the shop. This is a 20 minute round trip. The pizza was supposed to be pretzel stuffed crust with pizza sauce and pepperoni. It was a regular pepperoni. I called up there and the female manager said I could pick the right one up and I said 330. Then she called me back and asked me to bring this wrong pizza back when I came back. So she wants me to not eat lunch I guess. I drove all the way back up there and brought the wrong pizza in. Dropped it on the counter and said I’m here for the pretzel pizza being I had to bring this one back and waste my time. She took the pizza I had to bring back in order to get the right one and stuck it under the counter. When my pizza was ready she threw it onto the counter. I asked for the manager she said she was but refused to give me her name. Rude employees no customer service. Then I got back to the shop and they didn’t put pizza sauce on this pizza lol. I definitely do not recommend this location on front street.

The Hot n ready was very dry, like it had been out 6 hrs, The crust was super hard . The guy told me I had to wait 15 mins for a fresh one. He could of just gave me one off the top , instead of off the bottom. This is why the older generation says to cook at home . Fast food will kill you by running up your blood pressure with complaining.
