Late work night brought me to this place. I only wanted something fast and filling but not just pepperoni. Just as I was about to leave the guy at the front desk insist on making it right and did just that. I didn’t wait long and got exactly what I came for and the service not just to me but the other employees and customers was nothing short of amazing. Not sure of the name but the guy with the dreads and the grills definitely needs a raise. He was exceptional!

This was my second time here. the first time, they forgot the sauce i ordered for the crazy bread which was annoying but not something to complain about. second time – i ordered the EMB cheese which i guess is supposed to have extra cheese, but there were spots of the pizza missing chunks of cheese. I get that it’s “cheap pizza” but don’t advertise extra cheese if there’s parts of the pizza with no cheese.

We don’t t know what happened. But someone literally ripped the toppings off the pizza and helped themselves. This is what it looked like when we got it. We were super hungry so we just at the ends that appeared to be untouched. What the heck. You can literally see fingerprint indents where they ripped the toppings off. Not sure who delivered this; but you need to rethink who you are letting deliver your pizzas.

The front cashier employee who was there around 12.50pm on 7/10/25 was kinda rude, and when I called back to ask about my order, he hung up in my face and had to call back. This the second bad customer service I have encountered at this restaurant, and I don’t know if it’s the new people or the manager who needs to have a meeting with their employees about customer service. Ordered online and pizza arrived almost 2 hours after I ordered (at 4:30 in the afternoon). When I called to ask, a very rude lady said “we’re backed up” and hung up on me. I’ll try to order from a different pizza place from now on. Thanks for nothing!!!
