Our order is always ready on time through the app. It’s constantly cooked the same every time and it’s a really good deal for how much you get. I order here probably twice a month and i haven’t had any complaints or issues. Overall I prefer this over It’s competitors.

This place has gone downhill in the past 2 months. The staff is rude and the pizza has to be recooked when I got it home. I threw half of it away. I’m guessing it’s an entirely different staff. Whatever the case is, I’m not coming back.

I ordered a pizza, with extra toppings.So instead of giving me extra, that i paid for, they put the toppings 2 inches from the outside of the crust. so it woul look like extra.. not cool. Look at your pizza before you leave. Lesson learned.

Communication with the customer is all it takes. This is a small town… All businesses should have the best customer service IMO. Don’t have me sitting 15 minutes after you estimated my food being ready and when I finally ask act as if I did something wrong. Communication. This guy was so rude, when I wasn’t, offering a refund out the gate instead of SERVING CUSTOMER SERVICE. He better be glad I’m not posting his name!!

I stand at the counter for 10 minutes while there’s no cashier and employees are walking around when I finally make my order. She doesn’t tell me that there’s a wait on it so now I’m late going back to work from lunch. There’s no one greeting anyone coming into the store and the employees seem like they do not want to be there. Maybe that’s why there’s no one at the counter when you walk in Little Caesars you need to up your game. This is not good at all. I will not recommend anyone to come to the Little Caesars in Gilmer, Texas, as they will be unhappy when they leave.

Pizza could have been better. There was too much sauce to the point that it gotten too soggy to grab a piece. The crust wasn’t salted enough. The stuff crust also wasn’t worth it.

Absolutely WORST location ive ever been too! Watched an employee walk in from the gas station side and put gloves on. Never washed his hands.. mind you ive been standing at the counter for almost ten minutes waiting to be greeted and they individually looked at me at different times and didnt say a word. Two of the workers (males) were sitting down goofing off and another guy was pulling pizzas out of the oven. The female is spoke up to and said “excuse me, can I please get some food” she reply with “what do you want” after I paid, she went to walk away without even greeting or helping the next gentleman in line, AGAIN the males are still goofing around off to the side so I spoke up firmly and said “is anyone going to help this man standing behind me?” And they looked at me like im crazy! The management needs to teach these employees properly food service etiquette. They looked miserable and acted like they dont care.

This place has went down hill. Its just a bunch of high school kids that do not care what they serve you. The pizza is just not what it used to be. I hate that…. because we actually love little Caesars. So now when we want pizza we drive all the way to Longview at 300 and the loop where they care about customer service and quality pizza.

Got Bestest mostest thin crust pepperoni and added sausage and either they for got to add it on and just dumped it or they need to show pizza builder how to distribute the meat. We love this place and the workers are always awesome. They were not even that busy so I am leaning towards they forgot to add it and just threw it on after. It was not melted in at all just rolled right off.
